My experience at this office was awful. An older lady from the office repeatedly contacted me…read moreasking for my address and then emailed threatening to cancel my appointment because she could not reach me, even though I had only one missed call. Before I arrived, she called to say the doctor was running 30 minutes late and moved my appointment from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. However, when I arrived at 6:00 p.m., there were at least 12 people waiting ahead of me in the waiting room! Clearly, the doctor was much more than 30 minutes behind schedule. I decided to reschedule rather than wait for what could have been hours. I found this extremely disrespectful of patients' time. It is unprofessional to schedule so many patients, move appointments due to delays, and still have a waiting room packed with people. The entire experience was poorly organized and frustrating.

I am a very nervous person when it comes to medical procedures of any kind but Dr. Manolas makes me feel so safe and comfortable. He is literally the ONLY surgeon I will ever go to. Do I wait 3 hours, maybe close to 4 and a half hours when I come to his office? YES! Does it drive me insane? Hell YES! But, truth of the matter is, he is worth it in the end. He tries his hardest to not leave me with any scars, he is gentle, caring, funny, comforting and he knows his stuff. There is a reason his office is so packed and it's because 1-he is a god when it comes to his field and 2-he tries to see everyone in need when he is in the office because the remainder of his time is spent in hospitals actually performing surgeries. I flip out every time i sit there and wait long long hours after working all day long and not having dinner and then i get home at 10pm but bottom line he is worth it. I am scheduled for another surgery on my breast at the end of this month and as nervous as I am (because no one likes to get surgery) I feel at peace that I am in good hands. So for the people who complained about not going back because of the long wait, go get a botched job from another doctor who does not know their stuff and give us people who are loyal patients less wait time by not coming. Ps- God Bless Dr. Manolas for putting up with my screaming and crying for all these year's yet still hugging me and smiling and calling me strong even though he see's my chart and is scared to walk in to the room hahha - I love you Dr!!! Thanks, bye!

I don't as on a call with a friend when I was waiting to be seen. I had one ear bud in and I wasn't visible due to my hair. I finally get called into a private room where I then sit down to wait for the doctor to come in. The chair has my back facing the entry way of the door. Mr. Stracher then comes in after a few minutes waiting and rudely questions me asking me if im talking to myself with a very narcissistic tone. I then tell him that I am not talking to myself while I look at him in confusion. He then looks at me as if I'm lost and shouldn't be there for my appointment. He then beings to go back and forth with me when he never even introduced himself to me and explained anything. He didn't want to do his job and struck me as a very lazy combative doctor. He then tells me that I am a trespasser and that he's calling the police on me. Black people and black women DO NOT COME TO SEE THIS DOCTOR UNLESS YOU WANT HIM TO CALL THE POLICE ON YOU FOR SHOWING UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. This visit has me emotionally distraught and I wish that on no one. I left this doctors office worst than when I came in! He's not a good person go see for yourself. When the cops came I told them what happened and they are just as shocked as I am.
