Best eye doctor ever…read more I heart Dr. Eric and his wife Debbie, who acts as receptionist, scheduler, contact orderer, money collector, insurance liaison, and provider of honest opinions on glasses selection. It is just the two of them in a little office that is easy to get to in UA. Dr. Eric is a great eye doctor, quick and thorough- I like that he doesn't give you an increased prescription just because you might need it, he'd rather err on the side of not making your eyes worse. The office is easy to make appointments at, very easy to reorder contacts, and Debbie seems to be able to get a lot of bang for your buck on eye insurance. It is just overall a pleasant experience.

Rachel at Clarkson was able to accept my older glasses, via UPS with the new prescription, identify and locate the frame manufacturer and get 2 identical new frames in approx 3 weeks. (They were on back order.) Using the old glasses to locate the pupil location, she was able to get new tyvex scratch resistant lenses that were so important to me, fabricated and installed. Two pair of glasses arrived back via UPS and were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT right out of the box. I never set foot in the store, nor saw anyone face to face. I am amazed that this was even possible!

She told me it would be 30 more minutes. I got there two minutes early. A 50 minute delay in my humble opinion, warrants a phone call to let me know they're running late. Or, they could've at least told me when I checked in and sat down. As it was, I was out of time and had to leave to return to work. Unless you're bored, and have all day to wait in their waiting room, don't expect them to keep your appointment time. They were also late the last time I was there I figured it was a fluke. The doctor's time is important. Yours is not.
