My old location was over Westheimer and was cheaper but I got tired of driving that way for cheaper so I tried this place. Well, I had many other bad places before I found my Westheimer spot but that's another story. Anyways, I was with a different tech here before I found Helen and was told about Helen so I switched over...and so glad I did. I'm going to be honest that I'm not the great with cleaning my lashes - all I do is put some soap on the brush and roll through the lashes....i believe in supposed to wash wash them but I'm always afraid of them falling off. Helen cleans them very well before she even starts removing ones that have grown too long. I've never had a tech do that since most probably don't want to remove more than they should so they can refill less. So I honestly dont know if it's because she cleans them so well that they have stayed on very well between refills or is just that she has good techniques.....either way, I'm glad I found her! And she goes above and beyond to make sure ur eye area is perfect..... you'll understand what I mean when you give her a shot.

Bottom line if a customer desires a certain type of request the place of business should try their best to provide the request.

It's also very clean and serene. I have straight lashes that point downward and my eye shape is slightly hooded almond. In the past when I would get a lash lift, my eye shape was not taken into consideration, in my opinion. I was left with a curl that didn't give the look that it was lengthened or lifted. Just overly curled like a CC curl or a L curl. I thought maybe my lashes weren't a good candidate for this service. Then, I went to see Emily P. and she did such a meticulous, gorgeous job. Each lash was separated and fanned out and she used a different curl shape to cater to my eye shape and lash length. I only trust her with my lashes from now on!
