This place is off the hook! Man, am I aging myself or what, who says that anymore? Anyhow, I loved this place. I am one of those people who love to look at stuff, even if I don't need to buy anything... I always end up buying something though. My sister brought me here, she had been wanting to come as well, we initially thought it was an Oriental Food market, but it's not. There are groceries, but it's only a small part of the store. The majority is just Chinese/Korean products such as beauty, silk flowers, tea sets, statues and random stuff. It's like an indoors Chinatown without the street vendors. We came in 1/2 hour before closing and I wish we had more time. Some things seems to be pricey, but for the most part they are reasonably priced. The store is big and neat, I would most definitely be back

Money frog placed in the entrance to activate abundance. Feng Shui 101.

Feng Shui paradise!!! I went to my regular chinese supermarket and after chit chatting with the cashier I asked her where can I buy chinese ornaments. Without hesitation she sent me here... OMG!!! I couldn't believe my eyes. This place has everything you'll need if you are a master Feng Shui or just an aficionado, like myself. Feng Shui "cures" work with energies, and certain symbols activates them, depending where you place them. So, for example, if you want to activate your career, placing a water feature in your entrance is recommended, since the career element it's water and it's located in the entrance of your home. Fascinating. I spent more than a hour just checking out what this store has. I'll definitely be back.

This is your one stop shop for everything Chinese! My boyfriend loves to play Mahjong (Chinese tile game) so we figured this would be the perfect place to pick up a shiny new set. We were right! They had a huge variety of games and the tables to play them on. The store is HUGE. They are well stocked with jewelry, crystals, medications, books, furniture, clothing, shoes, hats, and they have a a great selection of tea, sweets, dishes and random household things in the back. There's also an entire section for all things Hello Kitty (takes me back to middle school -- Keropi!! ) The prices are very affordable in comparison to the other Asian Marts in the area. Check out the pics below. This place has got everything!

I really love this place, and I make any excuse I can to go there almost every weekend ("oh, let me make a stop at Wal-Mart, I need plants", "oh, let's stop here before hitting PF Chang's near Aventura), because they always have cool novelties and you will literally spend hours in this store checking them out. You can find anything from beautiful, lush money trees for your desk to Asian porn, comics, Hello Kitty must-haves, flip-flops, or snack foods. They have these awesome hologram-like 3D paintings that look like they are moving from different angles, buddha statues, you name it. Even those cute red Chinese takeout boxes that you find in every restaurant. The only problem is, every time I go, I spend hundreds of dollars in gadgets and gifts, but this is a great place to go for Christmas gifts, especially if like me, you love Asian culture and Asian decor. Most things are priced exceptionally low, even cheaper than eBay or Amazon, but not everything, so you must be selective. They are open until 8 pm daily, which is quite convenient.

This location is much less busy than the Kendall location (closest to me) which is nice shopping around without the crowds. I went straight to the bathroom tile section and initially couldn't find the tile I was looking for. After asking, I found out that specific tile I liked in the Kendall location was on markdown in the Miami Gardens store. That turned out to be a win for me, I was able to buy the tile for half the price compared to the Kendall store. It's good to know that depending on the Floor & Decor locations, some styles may be discontinued or on markdown since market demands are different. Definitely worth checking different locations if you're shopping for remodeling. The representative helped us out tremendously. We were in and out within 30 minutes.

My contractor recommended Home & Decor because of selection and prices. I went to a location in Broward one day and got some help but not really the help I needed. Today I made an appointment with a designer, and per Chat the store on 167th has the largest selection. I was lucky as I got an appointment with Yasmin. I suggest you call the front desk to get an appointment otherwise you get voicemail. Why was she 5 stars? Because she listened to MY needs. We purchased flooring for the entire house and a bathroom remodel. Very genuine person. She offered many options. If I found a lower price alternative she did try to steer me, we discussed pros/cons. I have other projects besides my personal home, and I feel comfortable in calling her and transacting via phone if necessary. The second person that was amazing was Jessica. We had trouble getting our credit card approval because of security freeze but she was able to help me through it. She offered alternatives ie 6 months, 18 months or a few years. All based on individual needs. I expect for an investment property the longer period may make sense. Jessica's understanding of the business aspect was excellent. Yasmin sold me on her services Jessica sold me on the store. I hope Floor and Decor recognizes such excellent employees.

She was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and clearly well-versed in the products--her expertise really stood out. I was able to get a great deal on a chandelier, and she even offered me an unbelievable price on a set of dining chairs. It made the whole experience feel both rewarding and seamless. I truly look forward to working with her again for my future home furnishing needs. I've visited this location several times just to browse, and it continues to impress. I used to be a regular at their South Miami store before it relocated here, so I was excited to see the new space--and it definitely delivers. They offer a wide selection of beautiful furniture, more than I could count, and many pieces are priced in line with what you'd expect from an outlet. I've noticed some reviews mentioning higher prices, but it's important to keep expectations realistic--this is RH, not a furniture liquidator. While you can find great deals, some items will naturally still be on the higher end given the brand and quality. Overall, it's a great place to explore if you appreciate well-designed, high-quality furniture and are willing to invest in certain pieces.

Earlier this year I brought a version of the last supper which my family has had for decades which the actual last supper was made out of silver and had been brought from Portugal. The original wood frame around it had been severely damaged in the move and I was devastated. I brought it in and they reframed the silver place by putting around it this beautiful espresso wood. It looked even better than the original! Love this place! Wish it wasn't so far away from my new home!

Recently I bought some reacement dishes for a couple sets I bought a few years ago. I was glad they still had this style on hand. They have some great outdoor furniture. It is mostly modern and seems high quality. When the time comes for me to replace my outdoor chairs, I will definitely come here. I also like their coffee makers. They make nice gifts for your favorite coffee lover. I am a member of their rewards program. I don't even know what the perks are since I haven't been told I earned anything. It is free to join. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service…read more I placed an online order shortly after Christmas and received an order confirmation email within minutes. However, I quickly discovered that most of the items I ordered were either backordered or no longer available. This was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Frustrated, I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the entire order. I was told that the cancellation could not be processed because the items were already being prepared for shipment and that I would have to wait for delivery and return everything to the store instead. What followed was a complete waste of time and an example of very poor customer handling. I received multiple packages over several days, and some items that were supposed to arrive as complete sets arrived partially--such as receiving only one item out of a four-piece set. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of control over their logistics and inventory systems. I took the time to return everything I received to the store, only to be met with further frustration. The store associate was unable to process my refund, and the store manager, Brian, was equally unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes made by the company, he dismissed the issue by pointing out that the items were "final sale." This response was not only unhelpful but showed a complete lack of accountability and respect for the customer. While I understand that I purchased final sale items, customers should not be misled into purchasing items that are inaccurately listed as available online. Crate & Barrel should not offer final sale products if their systems cannot reliably reflect real-time inventory or ensure proper fulfillment. Penalizing customers for the company's own operational failures is unfair and unacceptable. This experience clearly demonstrates that Crate & Barrel prioritizes sales over customer care. Being a business is not just about pushing transactions--it is about honesty, accountability, and treating customers with fairness and respect, especially when the company is at fault. This entire experience was exhausting, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing.
