It's the norm to pay extra for bamboo and other veggies (and sometimes even spice), which Zen auto-includes in many of their offerings. Our takeout orders were packaged efficiently. I like how it's basically like an instant bowl ramen format, where the soup is in a bowl already, and the noodles and toppings are in a separate container above the soup. So you'd just need to pour the latter into the former to enjoy. My only criticism is that the spicy tonkotsu wasn't very spicy at all. If you told me there was zero spice in it, I'd believe you.
