Specifically, the slice of tiramisu for the birthday boy wasn't available so in a haste, I ordered the full tiramisu in the display case. The tres leches I ordered wasn't in stock and was replaced by vanilla rolls. I read so many positive reviews, I assumed any cake should be good. Sadly, the vanilla roll was inedible. The cake part was dense and dry. It seemed like the type of cake they'd use for tres leches but of course, without the milk which made it taste really bad. The red velvet was equally dry and wasn't made with cream cheese frosting. It was bland and actually tasted like cheap ingredients. The worst part was the $30 tiramisu for birthday boy. It had the same dense and dry sponge cake and was nothing like traditional tiramisu. I was really embarrassed and we couldn't finish it. I don't write these reviews lightly but I was extremely disappointed, will not return, and will not recommend.

You both order and pay at the window but a menu is conveniently located when you are in the position as the next car to order. I ordered a blended peanut butter mocha coffee. It took less than 3 minutes to have it in hand. Peanut butter. Chocolate. Coffee. All three flavors were there although the peanut butter was more prevalent. With whipped cream on top it was more like a shake than coffee. I quite enjoyed it. When I brought this up, the barista insisted on refunding me from the tip jar, which I declined. After waiting over 20 minutes for my coffee, it arrived labeled "oat milk." I asked if oat milk was used, and she confirmed that it was. She then remade the drink, which took less than 2 minutes--making the original 20-minute wait even more frustrating. Even the remade drink was terrible: no foam, no espresso flavor, and it honestly tasted like plain brewed coffee rather than a latte. Between the incorrect charge, excessive wait time, and extremely poor drink quality, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I've since heard that this shop may be closing, and based on my experience, that's probably for the best. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.
