Everyone has garlic knots on tables that look and smell amazing. However, they're a little hard due to probably being the oven longer and using the same pizza dough. We started with a white pizza that generally was good. Ricotta was smothered then topped with mozzarella. No garlic, oregano or EVOO so it seemed little too careless what could have been stellar pie. Meatballs were huge covered in red sauce and were nicely seasoned. Pastas were a little under-seasoned, huge portions that pooled water. Could have been a drained more carefully or sauces thicker. A few more teaspoons of parsley or a bit of fresh grated Parmesan would have elevated them. Veal Parm entree on the menu was crispy but smothered with mozzarella. It was a generous portion but it would have been great to get more of the contrasted breaded texture. Mussels seemed older than necessary and had a strong aroma. Asiago Gnocchi was a huge predominantly white plate filled with probably 24-30 dumplings. Drink menu had a lot of creative cocktails. Prices were very reasonable and the place gets busy with groups and families. Service was great and quick and the old timers made you feel at home.

We casually popped into this popular Hialeah spot, conveniently located right next door to Flanigan's, for a quick lunch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff and promptly seated. As we looked over the menu, we spotted the $7 lunch special: a slice of pizza + a soda. Now THAT is a lunch deal you don't see every day! We placed our order and, about 10 minutes later, our pizza arrived. Fresh, hot, cheesy, and definitely giving New York-style pizza vibes. I went with the Salvatore Special, which was really good overall. My only personal preference would be the onions. The white onion was a little too raw for me. I'd much rather have red onions cooked until they're nice and tender, or skip the onions altogether. But here's the beauty of finding a new pizza spot: now I know exactly how I'm ordering it next time! Good pizza, friendly service, quick turnaround, and an unbeatable lunch special. This Hialeah pizza stop has earned itself a return visit.

The lasagna was below average. The garlic rolls were fine. Unsurprisingly, we didn't get dessert. Don't come here if you like wine they have 5 selections and 4 of them is sutterhome

The crust is nice and crispy, it is the perfect cheese to bread ratio. I couldn't have been more happier. I also ordered a mango milkshake and it was so rich and creamy. Absolutely delicious! My friend ordered the crema de queso and let me try some and wow it was soo good. I drizzled it on top of my pizza with every bite, it just melts in your mouth. I truly enjoyed this spot and it is totally worth the drive. I will definitely be coming back to have some more. Hands down, mouthwatering! Sauce so good I was cleaning the plate with a few breads I had left from the appetizer. Washed it all down with a refreshing and tasty home made lemonade.
