Pasta al dente done right and sauce balanced in flavor Pizza Dough as not perfect but tasty, a little gluey in the center and toasted ont he ends , flavor was good, with good quality ingredients. This food truck is located in medley area (among the warehouses) and the seating area is unique and pleasant Estefania, our server was attentive and very cordial. As well as Maria. Francos, behind the scenes made Our meal experience great. Only one observation to the owner: The address is not updated and I was sent to the old Hialeah location that made me doubt to drive more for a moment. Luckily I didn't desist and got to enjoy their meal. It is around the corner from where the food trucks are and tucked in, so a little difficult to see from the road, however ample close free parking. This isn't your typical food truck as they rented space in the warehouse to set up a nice dining room with cool decorations. The pizzas are delicious, homemade and everything is made from scratch! The pasta Bologna was al dente and full of flavor. Good prices with large portions! The ice cream with strawberries was delicious as the strawberries were fresh and the whipped cream was real which completed the dessert. Be patient and enjoy the dining room as they have small ovens to work with. It's worth the wait! Glad we found another go to place! read more

I finally tried this spot at the new Doral location. The food was amazing, even though there was a long way due to the grand opening of the new location. The service was on point very courteous and very attentive. I was a bit disappointed of asking for extra balsamic vinegar for my caprese salad and that's an up charge. I find that pretty ridiculous for extra vinegar. I feel sometimes the little things makes a big difference. The pizza is an 8 out 10 but not bad. Just a heads up is not a restaurant is a warehouse that has seats with a tv so watch local events. They are hustling and growing their business. I wish them the best of luck. read more

A "good" pasta dish out of a food truck? Unheard of, but, evidently, possible. I know it's a pizza truck, for the most part but I read a few reviews mentioning how good the pasta was and that's what I was craving. These ladies are cooking some delicious stuff in that little cramped kitchen. I will try the pizza next time but those buttery pancitos with queso fundido or melted mozzarella in pomodoro sauce are to die for. The cheese pull was phenomenal. The breads are tasty enough by themselves. Now that linguini bologna was a pleasant surprise. Very flavorful, cooked to perfection and generous portion. Sauce so good I was cleaning the plate with a few breads I had left from the appetizer. Washed it all down with a refreshing and tasty home made lemonade. Service is top notch and they're very attentive and welcoming. I'd see this truck becoming a storefront in the future if they continue to put out delicious food combined with excellent service. Gotta come back to try a few of the pies. read more

This cute little food truck is located in Amelia Yards. They have their own "dining area" and a host that helps you to your table. Your order is taken at your table and brought out by a server when it's ready. An upscale food truck ;) The pizza is freshly made to order and it doesn't disappoint! The pies are a little bit bigger than the size of a personal pizza. One pie can be shared between 2 if you're also ordering an appetizer. I ordered the Piamonte pizza with a lemonade. This pizza is packed with flavor- the Gorgonzola and caramelized onions take it up a level. It's on the higher end of pricing for a food truck but it's definitely worth it for good flavor! read more

This Hialeah food truck definitely surpassed any of the expectations I had. I brought my parents here for dinner and we loved it! The quality of the ingredients tasted fresh and every bite was delicious! The pizzas are personal sized but definitely filling. The service was also very nice. Unfortunately, being outdoor seating, it can be very hot. However, the staff did an amazing job at arranging the outdoor umbrellas for us and blocking the sun. I would come back! read more

This place was just one of the best pizzerias in Hialeah. Me and my family welcomed our uncle, which is for us parents and children since he is also my uncle, and an uncle to my wife, who just came from an overseas territory.so, to celebrate, we decided to go to Pia's. For the beginning treat we decided to get some bread dipped in a taste-like pizza sauce. It was a complete masterpiece. So the kids were still hungry, so we decided that we wanted 3 pizzas. One for me and my wife, another one for the children, and another one for the uncle. And I kid you NOT this place has some of the best pizzas in the city. There were many types, some that were normal, like cheese-flavored, and some more, exotic like the "Cascabel"-flavored. We were amazed by how well cooked the pizzas were, and it was also very tasty, the ambiance, even though it was outside and it rained and the seats were all wet, it was still fabulous. It was very clean and they didn't miss a single spot. And the service in here was, amazing, I kid you NOT the lady that attended us was very nice, and welcoming, truly a great woman. But now let us get to the resolution, we got dessert, my son wanted a creme brûlée but instead he wanted brownie with ice cream and whipped cream and strawberries. Over all, this place truly one of my top 10 picks, and also to our family. 100% coming back. read more
