During busy times sure it takes a minute to get my order but it's always prompt. The sandwiches are incredible tasty. I've had them periodically over the last 4-5 years and they always have great flavor. The hummus is very good and the pita bread is soft and a perfect match. The atmosphere is quiet and accommodating. My wife and I do get stares from other patrons (she's not white) but that's them not staff. Staff is always friendly and warm.
