Love this little coffee shop. I can get a blended protein coffee and it actually has a coffee taste. They get it right every time. During busy times sure it takes a minute to get my order but it's always prompt. The sandwiches are incredible tasty. I've had them periodically over the last 4-5 years and they always have great flavor. The hummus is very good and the pita bread is soft and a perfect match. The atmosphere is quiet and accommodating. My wife and I do get stares from other patrons (she's not white) but that's them not staff. Staff is always friendly and warm. I'm writing this review from my last visit and it's making me want coffee. I'm feeling a visit tomorrow is in order. read more

A surprising find on my travels up north. Craving some caffeine and a quick search told us about this place in Concordia. We were not expecting much - but were blown away with the quality of food and beverage. Way beyond what we were expecting. The decor and ambiance are very well done and give the place a unique character without feeling overdone. The menu has a solid selection of sandwiches and drinks to choose from. The biscuits and gravy definitely hit the spot, while my partner said their sandwich was quite good as well. A hidden gem and will definitely return if driving through the area. read more

Jitters was incredible. We had to go two days in a row during our trip because it was just that good! Highly recommend the apricot, bacon, and brie sandwich. TERRIBLE experience. I saw a roach crawl across the floor when I walked in and immediately left. That is absolutely disgusting. If you want roaches ground up in your coffee, this is gonna be the place for you! read more

This is a hidden gem. If you are looking for a nice selection of salads & sandwiches this is your spot. We pass through this great little town on our way to see our children and this has become our favorite restaurant. I love the southwestern salad with grilled chicken. Jitters is a great place to get coffee and a bite to eat. We sat outside since it was such a nice day. They brought the food out to us. My complicated coffee order was spot on. I had a cranberry salad that was out of this world. My dad had coffee and a scone which he said were both delicious. We came for the Orphan Train Museum but will come back for the Jitters! read more

It was very warm, and inviting. My friend and I went in and ordered drinks and salads. They were almost closed and they boxed up our food and we took it to go. When we got home I was almost done with my salad and i noticed there was a ladybug in my salad. BTW- the boxes were not opened in between my house and the cafe. read more

Espresso drinks were barely lukewarm and not flavorful, staff was unwelcoming (perhaps because we were out of towners) and the breakfast sandwiches were microwaved and contained instant eggs. We won't be back. read more

I'm not a coffee drinker but I enjoy the atmosphere. They have good customer service too. The only thing I would change is, eliminate the confusion to the first time customer when they first arrive. First time customers are bombarded with questions like: Do I need to wait to be seated, Do I seat myself? Do I order? What do I do? If you are a local you know what to do. If not, you'll stand at the door looking for a sign to tell you what to do or if a customer is kind enough they will tell you what to do. But that's kind of embarrassing.
