Best tacos in town. Everything else is great too. My favorite is asada fries. I ordered 75 tacos for a party and they did not disappoint me. Everyone was very impressed and plans on getting their tacos from here in the future. I have been feeding a group (50 or so) several times a year for many years and Mi Pueblito had my food ready when I needed it. It was fresh and delicious and the presentation was fantastic! 10/10 will order tacos from here forevermore. read more

Mi Pueblito is awesome! It is located in the location that was formerly Berny's Tacos, and is made up of a whole crew of people who formerly worked at Taqueria Yungapeti! Now we have essentially TWO Yungapetti restaurants in town, though they are separate businesses (as I've heard it.). If you like Yungapeti, you'll love this place, which is like "Yungapeti 2.0"-- improved and expanded menu. So far I've had their tacos, their new soup, and one of their new burritos-- all delicious. I'm not quite ready to call it the best Mexican restaurant or taco truck in town, but I'm close! read more

We love the food here. The only problem is the fact that they chronically clean the place resulting in the strong smell of cheap detergents and cleaning agents while you eat. The smell is a serious turn off. They also don't see a problem with vigorously sweeping the floors while you eat. read more

The food here is great! However the service I just had sucked! I went through drive thru, car in front of me and car behind me. Got to speaker and nobody was there? Waited about 5 min and still nothing. Drove up to window and nobody even answered the window. Car in front of me got service! What's going on people?? I drove away. read more

This is the original food that made Yungapeti a favorite.. Wont go into the split up but I boycott the Yunga... Overall good food-- sometimes has a bit of up and down, but what place doesn't have some peaks and valleys.. They make great juice drinks... The Torta is great, and my favorite is what I call the triple threat... a walla taco, fish taco, and a hawaiian taco.. If the shrimp is fresh, the shrimp tostada is a bargain and awesome.. though sometimes it needs to be dumped in the trash... Hit or miss for $4... read more

Best burrito in Walla Walla. Try the Walla Walla burrito here. Plenty of avocado and sweet onions. I usually use the drive through window, but the atmosphere inside is basic and clean. I recommend mixing the salsa verde and hot salsa. Yum! read more

This place is absolutely fantastic! The meat is amazing, the tortillas are warm and fresh, the salsa is homemade and spicy, prices are great, and the staff couldnt be friendlier. I'm glad i live so close to this joint, i'll be frequenting it often. Would definitely recommend! read more

Yum!!!!! The chili rellanos were the best we've had since Santa Fe!!! The flour tortillas seemed homemade and were delicious (and I typically prefer corn). The chicken taco was very good, although I would try a different meat next time - as chicken can be a touch dry. The salsa bar was kept cold and the variety ranged from cool habanero to spicy red chili with fresh cilantro. Well wort stopping! read more

Food is bland no spice or flavor, had chicken taco salad and it was not good I know it sounds funny but way too much big meat chunks and no salad to speak of a few bites and I was done, last time going there read more

I really wanted to like this place. Lots of vegetarian options straight off the menu and reasonable prices. Decently fast drive-thru too. However, if you have to make a modification such as no sour cream, they will probably get it wrong. You're getting the sour cream. Either all of it, or a bit of residue after they just try to scoop it back off. Why do restaurants try to hide their mistake that way? After three tries they got it right once. I won't be back. read more

Awful! #1 Employees do not wear gloves. #2 They complain if you take extra salsa from the salsa bar. #3 Overpriced and substandard. This place only exists because the previous owners of the building had a good burrito business. I will not be going back. read more

Great tacos, good prices, yummy salsa!! Great place to eat. Check them out and they give discounts to students, so bring I.D.

We just ate lunch here after tasting some wine and it was amazing! We had the taco plate, chili quiles, quesadilla and they were all outstanding. Polite, good service. Very affordable and clean. They also serve alcohol. read more

They are the most dietarily accommodating restaurant in town. Extremely willing to make any alteration to menu items. Can be a little greasy for my personal taste. read more

Was always good until tonight!!!! cook needs fired. being I go almost once a week I will never go back and I will encourage everyone I know to never go there. how can you serve burnt food, when you can visibly see its way overcooked...what a shame...and thankyou for ripping me off. if you want money just ask, don't rip me off.... read more

Amazing food, clean and great staff. I really enjoy coming in and being greeted by everyone. Food has always been hot, fresh and wonderfully tasting. read more

This place is great for a simple and fast Mexican fill up. Food is good quality and affordable. Staff is friendly and the place is pretty clean. Until I find a better Mexican restaurant, this is where I'll go. Only reason it doesn't have 5 stars; I lived in California a little too long ;-) read more

The food is good. Although if you tell them to take something off of your order they'll always get it wrong. The service is terrible. They always have an attitude with you even when you're nice. It makes eating there not enjoyable. read more

Yo the food here is high grade street tacos. Customer service is ok. But there food is amazing. Try the cali burrito with al pastor meat you won't regret it. read more

Believe this. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants from fine to fast. We came from Coeur D Alene and dine a wide range when we travel. We stopped into this place thinking it was a typical Mexican restaurant, but needed to kill the craving. Blown away. Food...best Mexican food ever. Customer service....excellent staff with smiles. Atmosphere....if they made it one of the classy places like in California and kept the food and people as is....you'd five star it all day. Don't let the building fool you. Top notch place. If your a tourist and Mexican food is your craving...need I say more. read more

Excellent burritos at a reasonable price. Have not tried many of the other offerings. I like the Albanil burrito with steak, peppers, cheese, and avocado. read more

There are many fine restaurants in the area and then there is food. That's Mi Pueblito. The salsa bar is great, make sure that you ask for hand-made tortillas on the tacos. The food is fast, abundant, and well-seasoned. The burritos are massive and the vegetables fresh. I'm a huge fan of the ground beef and al pastor offerings. They're also dynamic enough to accommodate many manners of substitutions. read more

I love their refried beans. They are the best I've ever had. I could just eat them. There other food is also outstanding.

Today was my last day. They mess up on our food 80% of the time. My wife's veggie tacos almost always have a chunk of meat on them and once had raw meat. I've informed the store before but they just don't seem to care. I always go through the drive though and usually have to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to come over the intercom. Sometimes I give up and drive to the window and they look at me as if I am impatient and rude. They just don't seem to care about customer service. I don't like to write bad reviews but sometimes I feel it is needed. read more

Absolutely worst service in town. All the staff are extremely rude, and act annoyed to be serving you. My order is wrong 99% of the time and nobody seems to work with any urgency to get food out in a timely fashion. Take the extra time to drive to 9th street to Taqueria Yungapeti! read more

The food is great! But the staff is very rude and not friendly at all. What happened to smiling? I usually go through the drive thru but I thought maybe they would be nicer inside. Nope! Even scarier. read more

The food is fantastic. The drive thru service is sub par at best. Be prepared to repeat your order multiple times, check your order to make sure it's accurate and make sure your drinks are filled more than half way. After several frustrating experiences, I will now be driving across town to give another restaurant my money. read more

I'm not one to complain in fact I've had numerous poor service situations at this restaurant. The girl was pregnant so I just gave her a break. That was over a year ago and she has had her baby and her service is still awful. She never smiles hates answering the window and you are a burden. My first experience with her she left me at the window for almost 10min. then came and asked what I ordered........ I had to wait again for my food. Also there was no apology. I felt like she just wanted me to give up and drive off but that wasn't happening. Then a couple months later it happened again and I waited over 10 min. Again. In total I would say this has happened to me 4 times. This past Sunday I got the speaker waited 2 min. for someone to say be with you soon. No hello nothing just wait. I assumed it's my favorite drive thru girl and luckily was able to drive off then rather then place my order and feel stuck. The food can be really good or really bad I've had both. However I'm done with this place. I'm over the horrible service and I'm over wondering if my food will be good today. If you still want to try it GO INSIDE. Their drive thru is not a drive thru, their food is not worth the wait you'll experience. You can't be forgotten when sitting in a lobby. read more

Okay so this is my favorite Mexican place in Walla Walla. The burritos are to die for, you know, ask long as you get what you freaking ask for. I wanted a burrito with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream, simple, easy. Apparently not. So this lady didn't even write down my order. Maybe she's good, y'know? Nope. I get home with pico de gallo and no sour cream on my food. Uh okay, people make mistakes, whatever. Lol no. This lady has me pull up, I wait 20 minutes for her to even take my money. In those 20 minutes she opens the window, looks at me, says nothing, then closes it. 4 times. 4 TIMES. One of those times she looks at me, and as she closes the window, she whispers "oh s**t!" That's so mature, don't you think? Wanna know what else is mature? She's on her phone, what looks to be snap chatting. At work. In front of the window. Hm. K. This adult was acting more immature than me, a 16 year old. Hah. So I get my food eventually. If I had noticed the mistake before I got home, I would've mentioned it. Nope. Thanks for reading. read more
