Their menu is really easy to read and understand and they are very friendly and quick. They give you a buzzer you can take with you and go find somewhere to sit which is great. We decided to try the rice noodle soup with beef, potstickers and donuts. The soup was amazing. So much flavor and packed with lots of noodles and beef. You get quite a bit for what you pay for. The potstickers also had lots of flavor and was the perfect texture with just the right amount of crisp. The donuts, oh wow. These are amazing! I would come back just for these alone! They were served hot and drizzled with a perfect amount of sweetened condensed milk, they were so good. Our food came out quick and hot and for how much food you get and the quality of food you get it's definitely worth it. We will be back!

We decided to grab our food to go since the weather wasn't cooperating, but everything still tasted amazing back at our hotel. We ordered vegetarian dumplings, vegetarian fried egg rolls, chicken dumplings, pork Chinese buns, and chicken rice noodle soup. Every dish was flavorful and fresh. The soup in particular had a rich, comforting broth with tender chicken, noodles, and cabbage. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and service was fast. The woman working the truck was friendly and welcoming, even with the wind and rain coming down. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bellingham. If the weather is better, we will stay and eat in the beer garden. This place is a great find.
