Super Burrito
Anna K.

We had Mi Lindo Apatzingan cater our lunch at work and let me tell you... definitely the BEST Mexican food I've ever had. Service was friendly and food was so good. My work bestie and I ordered: - Birria Taco with Consome - Super Burrito with Asada (no beans) - Quesabirria - Jamaica Everything was so good! Fresh and flavorful. It was my first time having Jamaica as well. Definitely on the sweet side but still good. We added some water to water down the sweetness. I shared my super burrito with my daughter and she approved. She said Mi Lindo Apatzingan was better than Sparcos. I would highly recommend! :)

This place has terrible service my mother orders enchiladas and got a plate that looked like leftover and when she went back and asked for her money they told her no they were rude and I hope no one ever eats there again

Menudo!

The Menudo was worth the drive! You get what you pay for! I seen this place on Instagram. I decided to give it a try...so glad that I did!!

Enchiladas
Elizabeth O.

This was an awful experience. The horchata water was so bad. Don't get me started with las enchiladas. 1. It takes forever to get the food 2. It's over priced 3. The chicken was dry 4. Extremely oily 5. Cold. I will NOT come back. Dont waste your time or money here, but there are so many trucks here that you could check out!

Love Scratch Cookery. This is what a Nashville hot chicken sandwich is supposed to be…read more Unlike a lot of the chains like Dave's where it can basically feel like a chicken tender thrown into a bun, Scratch serves a huge, thick piece of actual chicken breast. The portions are serious, the chicken is juicy, and the breading has a great crunch. What really sets them apart for me is the spice. I've had levels 3, 4, and 5, and they're not simply the same seasoning with progressively more heat. Each level actually has a different pepper profile and flavor. Level 3 brings cayenne and Thai chili, level 4 moves into Thai chili and habanero, and level 5 adds habanero and ghost pepper. You can taste the difference, not just feel more burn. The seasoned fries are great too and they definitely don't skimp on the portions. It is a little pricey for a chicken sandwich and fries, but when you see the size and quality of what you're getting, I think it's worth it. Scratch is easily one of my favorite hot chicken spots.

It was huge, juicy, and tasted absolutely amazing. The only downside was the customer service. The cashier gave us attitude when we asked how spicy level #3 was. He said it was like a habanero pepper, and when I asked again how spicy it actually was, he responded, "You've never had a habanero pepper?" That made me uncomfortable because I don't usually eat spicy food, and I don't work here to know your spice levels. There are tables inside, but the outdoor seating feels much nicer. The inside just has a weird vibe. We also got their IPA beer, which paired perfectly with the sandwich!

You would expect a punch for flavor from birria. The consome was good on its own but once you dip the ball, all the flavor was gone. The Cheetos also didn't have any flavor, so it just seemed like a cheese balled dyed red. The pork sisig from the Filipino truck was also disappointing. The rush was over cooked and mushy. The sisig was also chewy and mushy and lacked flavor.

It was pretty calm during the day and didn't seem to get a crazy amount of foot traffic, which I actually enjoyed because we were able to sit down, relax, eat, and enjoy the atmosphere without it feeling crowded. Between our food and drinks we spent around $46, so I would say it's moderately pricey, but everything we had was good. I had a birria taco from Mi Lindo Apatzingán, my husband got four tacos, and we also got rice and beans that we really enjoyed. Our food came out pretty quickly, definitely in less than 10 minutes. We also got sour apple drinks from Las Cherry's. The drinks took a little longer, over 10 minutes, but there was only one girl working at the time, so it was completely understandable. The drinks were refreshing and I definitely want to come back and try more of what Las Cherry's has to offer. I really like the whole concept here because there are so many different food trucks in one place. There's plenty of covered outdoor seating, TVs to watch while you eat, and colorful decorations that make it a fun but still calm and chill place to hang out. Even with some of the trucks being closed, there were still plenty of options. I would definitely come back, especially to try more from Las Cherry's and the potato food truck that caught my eye!

It's clean and has a lot more space than the truck. Food might take longer because of the demanding service. Fried chicken is always consistent and leaves little room for improvement. This is always going to be a daily for me and I will continue to forever attend this place when I'm craving fried chicken.

I just happen to be at spark social without a plan and what do I find? The Jojo's chicken truck itself! So you can imagine my excitement when I just happen to come across one. I decided to order the combo 1 medium and lemon pepper. The wait was like 40~50 minutes but the place was packed so expected. Then, when I get the order and bit in, I quickly realized they were both lemon pepper, but that will not deter me from rating the food itself. I have to say, it was good, but not amazing. The lemon pepper had a good flavor, maybe a bit salty and the chicken was well fried but the meat was slightly hard. The fries were actually better than the sandwich to be honest, flavorful, rich, maybe the chicken oil got transferred over to the fries. Overall, I don't think it's at Scratch or Chick N' Bros level but little worse than chicken drip near Coleman. I'm seeing comments that the quality's been going down hill so I may have hit a bad batch too. I think I need to go try it out their restaurant for a retry since I haven't given up my hope yet. I'll just say the food truck Jojo at spark social was a 3. For ambiance, the place was packed even though I think it's been open for like 2~3 week since opening when I went. Lot of food truck options and a nice vibe.

Whenever I'd hear about a food truck back in the day, the first thing that would come to mind is prepackaged food. However, those days are long gone! These food trucks are now capable of whipping up gourmet meals that could potentially rival any local sit down restaurant. At this particular location, the trucks only come out on Friday night, with 9-11 different trucks to choose from. They also provide live music and fun games for the family. They do provide 5 gallon buckets that are used for seats, and a couple of planks/boards that can be used as tables while you are scarfing down your food. Some folks just bring their own chairs, as those buckets eventually make your ass pretty sore.
