SO that next time I order I know not want to order or what ot expect fomr the flower after is arrives, "very helpful". Came here for a floral workshop which they have once a month. They do close the store for the class…read moreonce it starts. Before the start they did have wine and charcuterie set up for the attendees which is a nice extra! There were two long tables set up for the attendees so everyone had their own work station. The gal teaching the class gave a lesson about greens and where they are from and what they are used for and how to assemble! They provided all the florals , the vase and supplies for the class. I am not much of a green thumb but it was fun to put together!

She helped figure out how to recycle the ceremony pew flowers to become reception table centerpieces and worked with me to balance colors, cost, and how to make certain pieces pop. She continued to be very responsive with anything by email, and I was impressed with her professionalism and personal touches. And the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!! Tiffany was flexible about timing for set up and made sure everything was placed perfectly on the day-of, even pinning all the boutonnieres in place. We had an initial consultation with Tiffany earlier in the year out of her home office. Her pricing is rather reasonable. Tiffany's ideas surpassed anything I could have asked for! She made my impressive cascading calla lily bridal bouquet. The throwing bouquet was also gorgeous. I almost didn't want to toss it away. She did an amazing job on the bridedmaids bouquets as well as the flower girl bouquets. She did all the boutonnieres for the whole wedding party. The boutonniere for my Mom and the Best Woman had added calla lilies and were beautiful! Tiffany took the extra time to pin all the boutonnieres on everyone! She did an amazing job around the fireplace as well as on the Centerpieces. She also added some extra flowers on the gift/sign-in table and on our cakes. Tiffany uses nothing but high quality flowers. I took some of the Centerpieces home and they're still vibrant as ever even after almost a week later. The hydrangeas did not wilt like she said. I contacted her unsure of what we wanted. She was so sweet and patient which was so appreciated given the circumstances. Everything was so smooth and easy. The flowers and displays at my family member's memorial were phenomenal and in addition, they left a floral arrangement for the widow. I'm so grateful and can't recommend this company enough.

She was the first to respond after I had sent several inquiries, and we set up a phone call to discuss my vision, wants, request, and budget. After our call, she sent over a proposal and was very clear about what was possible with my budget and had ideas and suggestions as she had worked with my venue before. As we got closer to my wedding, she checked in frequently to ensure the blooms were the colors I wanted, and it was easy to add additional arrangements as our floral needs changed. I was able to give some specifics of what i was looking for since both occasions were condolence flower arrangements. The first time was a breeze, clearly the rep on the phone had worked there a long time and was extremely helpful. The second time the rep seemed newer and less sure of herself plus the price was a bit higher even though it was almost the same arrangement as before, just a few weeks difference. That might just be the market price changing for flowers. Either way, they delivered the flowers right on time and without issue. I do wish I could have seen the arrangement before hand, even a picture via text or email to see what I paid for would be nice. Overall a nice friendly local business.
