Very happy with my long distance order!…read more We ordered a last minute Lei for family member's graduation. We called ahead to confirm and spoke to a very friendly person who helped us in deciding. We then placed the order online, easy peasy. Next day the Lei was delivered and was beyond expectations! Truly a perfect experience! So happy Seattle has this gem of a business!

Two stars because something was delivered, but it bore little resemblance to the description and…read morephoto online. Friends thought it was a very paltry and unattractive arrangement, which was supposed to come as described, living plants in a basket with a handle, but instead came in an ugly dish. I could have stopped payment, but I felt, as a family business, with supposed integrity, they would acknowledge the errors. When I contacted them about the many differences between what was ordered versus what was delivered, they said basically I had ordered too late in the week to get the arrangement I had ordered. Their site only warns: "If placing an order for same day delivery, please know the order will be filled as close as possible based on flower availability that day." (I did not order same day delivery. ) Giving me no choice in the matter, they had failed to substitute comparable flowers and plants and never could explain the alternate container. Their response was quite dismissive - and I see from the reviews this is a regular event for them. When I came back saying I expected to share my experience online, they gave me a $15 refund on a $108 bill. Just...find a reliable florist. Friends, who called the arrangement a scam, a shabby match, and a sad sack set of flowers, recommended La Vassar Florist and Ballard Blossom. I myself have used Stadium for deliveries and never experienced this. So there are better options.

I kept calling all the local florists, and someone just recommended me House of Posie. I called, and the owner Jessika was able to take on my order over the phone. I paid her via Venmo and confirmed the order with her. When I picked up the corsage, I was delighted to find how pretty it was. It cost $38, a bit more expensive than getting from Safeway or QFC, but when I saw the corsage, I realized that it's totally worth every penny. Jessika included more flowers and her design was more beautiful than what I have seen from other florists. I would highly recommend House of Posie. If you think you're too late to order, you should give it a shot as Jessika is so talented that she could take on last minute orders.

A few days after the wedding day, multiple guests as well as my family members informed us that our…read moreday of coordinator was rude, unprofessional and dismissive of them. There were multiple instances of people looking out for us and trying to help during the wedding day due to the coordinator's oversights. My wife's bridesmaid and MOH tried to open the veil for my wife, however they both were reprimanded by the coordinator to get in line and the coordinator stated that she would do it. She claims that she opened it up and the fan blew it closed when I turned the corner, but that is a blatant lie as the veil was already closed when my wife walked down the aisle as the coordinator never opened up her veil. Additionally, the fan was not strong at all, as evidenced on video footage. Another incidence, the seats were positioned improperly and not as a circular manner around the arbor. Katrina did not even remember that this was what was previously agreed on. The seats were also very lopsided on one side and were 2x the amount as the other side. When my brother-in-law notified Katrina, she did not even want to try to see if there was a way to improve it. She just said it's fine, and that the couple would not care and not to tell his sister. Katrina was very dismissive of our concerns. So my brother-in-law had to rely on the wedding venue person to help do her job. Unfortunately I did not know any of this was happening in the background because our wedding guests did not want to bother us so did not complain about the coordinator until we started to hear more complaints in the days after. Multiple individuals informed us of the coordinator Katrina's rude and curt demeanor when they asked her any questions or cared more than she did. Additionally, she was late for our initial meeting and was very disorganized. She also asked to take a bunch of our desserts home, which we let her, even though she didn't deserve it. We reached out to Katrina and tried to resolve these issues with her, but she was unwilling to, hence this lengthy review. Do not recommend working with her at all. Search elsewhere, unless you want someone unprofessional, disorganized, and untrustworthy. We truly regret having hired Katrina as our florist and coordinator.

I used Love Blooms for my wedding this past weekend and what a complete crap show. The level of…read moreprofessionalism from Katrina and her team was nonexistent. The communication I had with Katrina was appalling when it came to the rentals I needed for my wedding. I went the Friday before my wedding last week to pickup the items and not only were the items dirty, scratched, and not what the images online showed but my now husbands name was spelled incorrectly on our welcome sign. When I contacted Katrina about this, she said "Well this keeps getting better and so frustrating. My computer crashed and I had to have someone else make my prints and I'm so irritated by it all. You can take the Part of the n off and after and restick. And then I'm Going to find a hole to climb into and die". Like what?? Also, to add when she contacted me two days prior I discussed a gold mirror with a sticker decal and she sent me a proof of a silver mirror. When I asked her about it, the level of empathy was disgusting. I will not be recommending this business to anyone & will let my florist know to take Love Blooms off her preferred vendor list.

Throughout the planning process, she gave us a variety of ideas but still let us choose what felt right to us. She was also incredibly kind, professional, and prompt with responses whether via phone, text, or email. Working with Amber was hands down THE BEST decision we made for our wedding. We were one of the…read moremany pandemic couples who ended up having to postpone our wedding date twice between 2020 and 2021. Amber was there every step of the way, handled everything seamlessly, and went above and beyond to ensure we ended up having the best wedding. When we were first interviewing wedding planners after we had gotten engaged (2018), Amber came extremely prepared with examples of her work and sample files of how she plans/executes weddings. She was head and shoulders above anyone else we interviewed and we immediately knew she was the one. During the planning process, Amber was always there to answer my endless amount of questions and help me with my extreme indecisiveness. She is very organized and kept us on track for all things for our wedding (both financially and timeline-wise). She is very honest and all her recommendations for vendors were the absolute best/you couldn't go wrong with any of them. We were able to put our full trust in her very early on. When it came to design, Amber is very creative and has a great eye for everything. We had a very unconventional vision to capture the surreal vibe inspired by a horror movie called Annihilation (very colorful florals that don't exist in real-life and kind of have a weird/creepy vibe about them) and Amber was completely on board. We also added the extra complication of having so many different hanging installations for the florals and the lighting (a big disco ball installation with chandeliers) . She recommended the vendors that she thought would go best with our vision and we really ended up with the ultimate dream team. When finalizing design, I had a couple reservations about some of her color choices, but we ended up going with it and it couldn't have been more perfect. She is truly an expert! With the pandemic, she seamlessly handled coordinating with our vendors and was completely there for us even though she had the busiest wedding season of all time this past summer (2 wedding seasons in 1). We are truly grateful for all the work she had put in when her bandwidth was spread as thin as it was. In our final coordination meetings with all our vendors leading up to our wedding day, she really showcased her expertise by asking all the right questions to ensure everyone was prepared to have things running smoothly the day of. Without this, we honestly would have missed so many things and not have been able to enjoy our wedding day ourselves. Fast forward to our wedding day, her day of coordination was impeccable. I was relaxed the entire day and knew I could trust her with everything. We fully enjoyed our entire wedding day/night and were able to eat and party without any concerns. With the amount of coordination that was required from the many different vendors and the countless amount of installations that had be installed that day (lighting, SO many floral installations, etc.), it truly was executed perfectly. She was also just the best energy to have around and I cannot think of a single issue that happened. I highly recommend Amber as a planner, designer, and/or day-of coordinator for any of your event needs. She is very knowledgeable, organized (a perfectionist!), creative, responsive, and just an overall wonderful person. She goes above and beyond for all her clients and has a great eye for any type of design. Having her be in our lives for the past 3 years has been the best and we are so grateful to have met her and worked with her on our wedding. Our guests have all commented that our wedding is the best they've ever attended and we'll remember every single detail for the rest of our lives.

It was also very helpful that she communicated with vendors for us during our planning months. I can't imagine how many emails she saved us from. She is also very responsive and answered any questions we had. She helped immensely with the design portion of our wedding. She curated a beautiful vision from florals, linens, signage and more!
