I ordered a custom arrangement that turned out very well. The recipient who was a floral designer loved it when she finally received it. Unfortunately, there was a mistake in delivery to the correct house number, but wrong street. It got sorted out, but the arrangement was for a party and it wasn't delivered. Here is why I still give 5 stars: The arrangement was really lovely It was delivered on time Even though there was human error the owner told me they guarantee their work and she made every effort to make it right! I got flowers for my wife and had them delivered. The prices are a little compared to other flower shops that deliver. I also had some trouble with the prices on the web site not being the same as the prices when you call the shop. They had also ran out of red roses. That being said they made the delivery on the day I ordered the flowers and they looked great. As I stated above costumer service was hit and miss but its a local shop and I know people have off days. I'll use them again if I need a delivery made quick. read more

where are my flowers? i ordered them to arrive today, it is 5:30pm :( when i call their 'local' phone number i get some national call center that drops the call as if it's on a cell phone, even when i call from a landline (tried this over and over, same "dropping the cell call" static sound). When i try to send an email, i get this form to fill out? I am NOT happy. can't call anyone, can't email them. i think they don't even exist. Update: okay, the flowers finally did arrive, i didn't expect them to come after 5pm, they finally got here at around 6pm. I'd have felt much more comfortable if they had an "order status" page that was kept up to date. Also, the address on google appears to be a residence, from street view, leading me to think it was bogus. And if they give a local number, it should go to the florist, not a national call center where the first thing they ask you is "what number did you call". The must fix the call center so it doesn't sound like the call is dropping too. in the end i got my flowers so i'm happy. but the customer service experience really didn't work for me at all. read more

I took a chance at a new florist and chose Edmonds (online it's edumondsfloralstudio.com). I'm sure glad I chose them too! They did a gorgeous bouquet and delivered it the same day I ordered it. I called to say thank you, and got to speak to the most wonderful lady who made me feel really good. She was so nice. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but what a fabulous person to represent this company. She assured me that someone was home when the flowers were delivered and that the flowers were received by a person instead of just leaving them on the porch to die out in the cold. That was an extra bonus! Some delivery services don't care, but this shop does. Next time I need flowers around Bothell, I'll be sure to do business with these folks again. read more

I've never walked into the shop so i can't comment on the customer service part, but I did business with them indirectly so I would like to say something. Three months ago, my friends and I used 1800flowers.com and paid $200 for an All-Yellow Sympathy basket that was supposed to look like this http://ww11.1800flowers.com/product.do?baseCode=17587&dataset=10214&cm_cid=d10214 . It was supposed to be mainly of yellow roses and lilies-- basically all yellow. When we got to the funeral home, we found a somewhat yellow-orangish looking arrangement with white roses, sunflowers, and some other types of flowers--too much green, not enough flowers. Basically, the whole thing looked NO WHERE near the picture on the website. Sure, I expected some substitutes, but not the whole thing!. The tag that came with the arrangement had our message on it so we knew the arrangement was ours, and the tag also said the arrangement was made by Edmonds Flower Shop. It was very embarrassing for us because the arrangement was very sorry looking-- no where near the professional arrangements that we saw around the room. Not only that, we later found out that sunflowers are meant for happy occasions, not a funeral!! How do you work in a flower shop and not know this?? I so wish there was a way for me to attach a picture here so you can see what I'm talking about. Anyway, we provided our picture to 1800flowers.com, asked for a refund and was given one.. So we're happy with the way 1800flowers.com does its business but do not care so much for Edmonds Flowers Shop. read more
