Early on in the process, the Villa del Paraiso team recommended Vista Hermosa which worked perfectly as they provided shuttles to and from our venue throughout the weekend. Additionally, the food is amazing! Villa del Paraiso's chef, Jorge, and his wife, Ame, are truly exceptional. I've been to many weddings, and it's often difficult for food prepared for large groups to come out warm and flavorful--but they absolutely delivered. We had countless guests tell us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Everything was served warm and prepared perfectly. My husband, Jake, and I are so sad our wedding weekend is over. We planned the wedding from Northern California and the owner and planning team were extremely helpful from start to finish. They not only helped us plan the wedding, they helped us plan a wine tasting tour for 60 days the day before the wedding and a pot- wedding brunch for 120 guests. The Villa was big enough to house our immediate family & wedding party for the weekend. The wedding coordinator and staff took exceptional care for us the day of the wedding!

The house is huge and you're far enough away from everyone so you have complete privacy. They have a 24 hour guard and secure parking so no one gonna fuck with your car. They do have room service, food comes from the cafe next door and it's delicious! Best part is every morning they have fresh fruit and coffee in the kitchen. They have a collection of wine and beer that you can help yourself to. Just let them know and they will add it to your bill. They have snacks so if you get midnight munchies go ahead and take them, it's free fifty free! The people who work and so helpful and nice, they leave in the early evening and the guard is there all night. It's super safe and soo fucken beautiful! It's worth every penny in my opinion, It's my new go to place when I visit Ensenada. Las Gaviotas, located 42 kilometers south of the San Ysidro border crossing is one of the premier…read morecommunities in northern Baja. The entire perimeter is fenced in with a security guard at the entrance who keeps tabs on everyone in the complex. A 2 bedroom home can accommodate 4 guests, and they are strict about this. You will not be allowed to have additional guests even for a few hours, therefore it is very safe and private. I love the architecture which ranges from Mexican Baroque to traditional Spanish Colonial and the entire compound has cobblestone streets and cement walking paths. There are several little gardens of roses and other lovely flowers making this a great place to take walks and enjoy the scenery. The large pool/jacuzzi area has plenty of lounge chairs and shaded seating, a shuffleboard court, a gym, and a banquet room. There is also a large surfing beach with several sturdy palapas for all guests and owners to use. A visit to Las Gaviotas is certainly a treat. I love to relax, enjoy a good book followed by a leisurely walk, then swimming and a relaxing dinner when I visit.

We stayed in house 137- the only issues we had was a broken umbrella which wasn't a huge deal at all especially since it was pretty chilly during our stay and the showers are not ADA. I had to get into the shower and help my mom in as it's a tub with no way in except about 2 feet high and no rails to hold on to. We will definitely be back!!

Preservation great start to let our kids be aware even on vacations. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and a great open space kitchen. They place had us at the views and the host alone. A definite come back visit is a must. Although remote and private, perched on the hill, the accessibility was great to the tide pools, Bufadora town, grocery, kayak activities and restaurants were all walking distance. For an additional fee, there is a border to door service that is available and highly recommended from the host. Just ask the host and it made our travel hassle free and worry free. Highly recommended for a great impressionable, priceless and memorable stay
