I traveled with my family on the dates of July 27-31st and rented 3 bedrooms to accommodate my family and unfortunately each room had a problem. Room #170 had dirty linen placed on the bed since we checked in. The mattress cover had been placed inside out and to our surprise when we went to flip it we noticed what was a blood stain. For 2 nights we slept on dirty linen without knowing. Room #270 had an AC they didn't cool. We called every day and had to have a maintenance personnel come and reset it. Room #268 had two water damage leaks both in the restroom and in the main sleeping area. The bathroom water damage had water leaking and dripping into the shower stall our entire stay. Another issue I'm that room was that the AC vent was located right above one of the queen beds which made it almost impossible to sleep in since the air blew right on top of you. We asked for a room change for both the non working AC room and the room with water damage but unfortunately we were told you were completely booked for the week and the only room available was a non AC room which was not convenient given the fact that we had children and a pregnant family member. Lastly there was a child that had an accident in the main pool and there were stool particles floating around. Almost half the people that noticed the incident came out immediately. I was very shocked to see that a staff member working the food/bar area came out and simply scoop out the stool with a net and walked away without asking anyone to get out or have an appropriate pool staff member come and inspect and treat the pool water. I along with 2 other families brought it to the attention of the front desk staff whom also were very dismissive, and very vaguely stated they would call someone to inspect the pool. We sat and waited almost an hour and nobody showed up. Rather more people whom were unaware of the incident came into the pool. The lack of sanitation concern was extremely concerning given the fact that someone could have acquired an infection. For anyone planning to stay in this resort I strongly suggest you read the reviews and consider another hotel.

Perla took my call and provided me with amazing customer service. She was very kind and informative and took the time to assist me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she was able to guide me to their website, which shows the different types of rooms and includes pictures and virtual tours of the rooms. Their Junior Suite is what we picked. It had everything that we wanted and it just so happened to be the one with the biggest square footage (out of the various suites they offer) Came with a King Bed. Living room with a fireplace and directly behind...the beach views!! The BALCONY is nice and big with a patio that was perfect for enjoying a gorgeous sunset over the ocean. Large bathroom with a Bathtub and shower!! And a kitchenette and coffee maker. No AC but a very strong fan in the bedroom area and a ceiling fan in the living room. The patio door is huge and has blackout curtains, but we chose to sleep with the patio door open and it was such a vibe with the sounds of the waves crashing! Beautiful heated infinity pools and jacuzzis! Best part is the drive to Puerto Nuevo for delicious sea food is super close by! Took us like 10 mins! Drove there for dinner and to catch the World Series game (GO DODGERS) Back at the resort we enjoyed some house margaritas that were included with our stay. The breakfast at their restaurant was also such a delight. I would absolutely recommend and return again! Good for relaxing romantic vibes. Their spa offers great value for their services-they have massages and facials. Didn't see any kids during our stay and it was cool having access to their bars and fireplace seating downstairs. Music and good vibes with pool tables and karaoke. The entire staff was very welcoming and kind. Checked us in quickly and escorted us to our room. Zero complaints.

Native Residence is at the top of a mountain, in a private gated community with lovely homes, so if you plan to walk, it's safe but know it's quite a hike. The views of the mountains, Pacific and Rosarito's Christ of the Sacred Heart statue are beautiful. Fortunately, Ubers are available if you don't have your own vehicle. The chalet is classy, has high quality materials, yet it was very comfortable. The lights were thoughtfully decorated and very tasteful. The scent of the bed linens were absolutely incredible. Our room offered fresh water, a small fridge, an espresso machine, a smart tv with projector, black out blinds and a private fire pit on our balcony. The three chalets have their own shared jacuzzi to use with ocean view and it was heavenly. They offer fresh breakfast à la cart on the upper shared patio or in your room. It has a very quaint community feel there yet you have your own space if you prefer it. Carlos and the ladies working there were very kind and helpful. Headache, dizziness and vomiting. I would never step inside it again. I do not believe these amenities like the pools are regulated or tested daily as they are required to be. It's been a long time since my last review for La Paloma WIVC and here I am again. I come every…read moreyear or two been doing that for 40 years. It's important to note that La Paloma WIVC is primarily a residential location where people live around or maybe have their vacation homes here. There are two timeshare companies that own properties here. One is world, international vacation club and the other is Worldmark. Your experience here could vary, depending on which timeshare company you use or if you're renting from a private owner so not all reviews are necessarily reviewing the same thing unless they give you unit information or who they're renting from. My experience, we are here from WIVC. We have been using world international for years as I said 40 years at least maybe a little longer. We have been lucky enough to have multiple locations in a small area with its own pool and that has been really wonderful. There's also people who live in this section so there's a mixture of people. This year we had five units for multiple family members to come and get together which is what we usually do typically every other year. I'm currently staying in unit number 61 which is a great two bedroom unit that faces the pool from its balcony. It's a first floor so no stairs and as usual our room is the same as it's been since I've been coming here. We're all international employees a cleaning crew. They clean your room every day and they do everything. I try to help out and wash my own dishes usually but if I leave some in the sink, they take care of that. Once a week in the middle, they changed the sheets the rest of the time they come in and make beds replace all your towels clean the room. It's just really nice. Obviously these rooms are old but they do keep them updated. There's a lot of tile involved. It's a very Mexican aesthetic so I love that about it. One of the negatives might be that there is no air-conditioning in these units, but we know this and we bring fans to keep it cool. The rooms come with everything you need just like any time that you use a timeshare got all of your dishes and cooking utensils full kitchen in the two bedroom unit. You have a master bedroom with a bathroom and there is a common bathroom that can be used for everybody and there is a second bedroom with two twin size beds. So clearly designed for mom Dad and two kids, but it also works out for cousins hanging out together like us! The complex itself is incredibly safe. They have Security walking all the time keeping an eye on things they don't miss much so I feel 100% secure here. Our cars are behind a gated Security gate to in order to get in here you have to go through a security guard and be a resident or have a parking pass because you're staying here on vacation. The landscaping is incredible. It has never changed. It's beautiful garden setting and you really are right on the beach. It really hasn't changed over the years. There are four pools. There are tennis courts. I haven't made it back into the clubhouse this week. I know there's pool tables, but I don't know if they still have the sauna and steam room. I'll update if I get in there. That shows how busy we've been on this trip busy laying in the sun on the beach ha ha There is also an on-site café they're closed on Wednesdays but they have breakfast lunch and dinner. We've eaten there for dinner our first night altogether and it was fabulous. The coconut shrimp is recommended! And family members have had breakfast during this week and enjoyed it so definitely recommended. We had a lot of fun there. Overall, no change in my rating. I've been coming here since I was a teenager and I love it and we hope to continue coming as long as I can.

She was there like 3 minutes. Security shows up and says she cant be in there.. we are like no prob wont happen again. He stays there next to us just staring. After a few minutes we are like, is there anything else? yes, you have to wait for the security manager to come and give you a written warning and if it happens again you will be fined. Like what?! he stands there 10 minutes waiting for manager.. it was so uncomfortable all the guests were staring at us it was embarrassing but funny you wouldve thought we smuggled in cocaine..see pictures.. it was so weird.. There is security everywhere i guess that's good but they were writing citiations constantly i guess thats how they make money on the side!
