Driving through Williamsburg and stopped for lunch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary chips and salsa were great. The corn chips were just thick enough to stay warm and the salsa was tasty. I had 2 a la carte tacos - which was just the right amount of food. My daughter had an omelette - it was a plateful - so be sure you are hungry. I will definitely return the next time I am in town. read more

Southeast corner od the town square up the hill drom Caseys stands a real Mexican restaurant with all the flavor of the southwest. Great marfaritta on the rocks and chips and salsa to start. Although the chicken burrito is recommened i opted for the beef fajitas. Very tasty wih just the right amount kick. read more

Those tacos!!!! I need MORE of those tacos! The corn tortillas, the carne asada... fabulous! And I'm a pansy and can't take the heat so they even made a milder green salsa for me that was amazing. The onions and chives were fresh and the carnitas! Oh my gosh the carnitas were perfect! The service was great and welcoming. If you come here just get the tacos. Just do it. Tacos! I hired this restaurant to cater my son's wedding rehearsal dinner (the venue was 5 miles away). I ordered tacos (with cheese, lettuce, and guacamole), rice, beans, chips/salsa and queso for 40 people. Before hiring the restaurant, I ate there to be sure I like the food. That same night I tried to order the catering but they wouldn't let me. I went back two weeks later to order the catering and pay, and had to insist that I order that day as they wanted me to come back AGAIN to contract them to do the catering (I told them I lived 1 1/2 hours away from the restaurant but they wanted me to come back anyway). Positives: -I liked that the food was mild so those who like spicy food could add hot sauce and those who didn't would appreciate that the food was not spicy. -I got a large pan of taco beef, beans, chicken, rice, three large cups of salsa and a big box of chips. Enough to feed more than 40 people. -Out of concern that 2 serving pans were flimsy the restaurant placed a cafeteria grade metal serving pan under them and trusted me to return the pans (which I did). Negatives: -I got a pie tin of cheese and guacamole, a small serving tin of lettuce and queso. Not enough to "dress" tacos for 40 people. -They did not include tortillas for tacos, so we had to go back and get some as we had contracted for TACOs for 40 people. Meanwhile people were waiting to eat/the food was getting cold. -The restaurant REFUSED to deliver (remember, they advertised that they cater) so it ended up being expensive take out rather than catering. -The beans, chicken and other foods spilled in the back of the car because the serving tins did not come with lids, just tin foil on the top of the pans. -When I contracted their services I was charged and paid for the food plus a $15 "surcharge" that I believed was an additional cost to transport the food. When I received my credit card statement, the restaurant charged my credit card an additional $10 that I did not agree to/sign for (not sure what the additional charge was for). read more

We stopped at the outlets to shop and then looked for a place to eat. We hadn't found a good Mexican restaurant since moving to Iowa so we thought we'd give Mi Casa a try. We we very impressed. By far the best Mexican food we've eaten in quite awhile. We had the chicken nachos, Burrito Loco, and the Fiesta Dip. It was all very fresh and tasty. This is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. The owners are hands on ,making sure everyone orders are right.The staff was great freindly and very knowledgeable on there menu. The chips and salsa were just perfect to start the meal and the meal itself was great.i had a seafood enchilada which knocked my socks off.Top the evening off with a mango margarita. This is way too Mexican restaurants in Williamsburg. Of the two this one is my favorite. The people are very nice though the night I went my waiter wasn't very attentive and tended to stand at the bar talking to another employee. But the food that my fiancé and I got was very good. Their salsa is amazing. And my fiancé really liked the enchiladas he ordered. The portions are pretty large and the prices are great. For two people it was only about $30 including an appetizer and drinks. I ordered the burrito zacatacas with chicken and it was very good i will definetly be going back and i usually dont care for mexican food! read more

This is a really good place to eat! If you are traveling on I80 it's only about a mile off the interstate and well worth the short drive. It's located right downtown on the square with plenty of parking. However I didn't see any parking around for an RV. Back to the food though it's good and service was fast. I love the food here! If you're looking for authentic, this is the place. The rice is the best I've ever had. Their sopes are amazing. They make their own horchata now and it's delish!
