They had one employee there and had one truck along with my car, they took my car in right away and placed it on the rack and started to drain the oil. After awhile I seen they took the car down and the guy told me it was almost done. Approx 15 min later I seen the car going back up on the lift and ask the guy why? Was there a problem? He said no, he just has to change the oil filter. I said I thought that was done and he said so did I. I said well, I been here now for over a hour and he looked at the paper work to see when I got there and said I apologize, it should have only took 30 min. He said what I will do for you is take 10% off of the labor which came to a little over $1.50 (Wow) I will never be back to that business.

I called 3 dealers trying to schedule a service and Napleton happened to pick up as my last call. Ms. Jamie answered as I had dialed the parts department, when never have I seen such friendly service in the automotive industry, she was willing to bend over backwards to fit my schedule and it blew my mind. I had some issues with my nav screen. She consulted her service advisors/managers regarding the warranty and gave me a call back same day. She scheduled me for a Saturday and because of her awesome display of customer service, I decided to give them what business I could. Then I got to meet Ms Kendra who was very courteous and she was willing to listen to whatever I had to say, answering to the best of her ability. I didn't even know Hunter (the company for alignment machines) had lasers like they had in their service bay. She kindly informed me my alignment was out and a couple of scheduled maintained services. With this, I proceeded to happily spend money knowing these were people I could trust my vehicle with. As for the actual service on my vehicle, Mr. Preston was the servicing technician. Let me tell you, I used the be a tech on flat rate, and I'm super sensitive about who touches any of my vehicles. Mr. Preston did an outstanding job, it's like he wasn't even in my vehicle with the exception of the new nav screen. That dude was super cool and I hope I made his day with the "gravy train". Outstanding work and a pretty cool guy. When I have to choose a Mitsubishi Dealer, I will gladly choose Napleton, every time. I took my car in because my A/C quit working after a fender bender. They had the car for two days…read more Then they called to say they could fix it. An appointment was made for repairs. Then a week later they took car back for repair. Two days later and over 500.00 they said it was fixed. I took it home and by the next day the A/C did not work. I took it back to them but after they looked at car again, they said they couldn't fit the leak of Freon. So I still have no A/C even though I paid them to fit it. They are the professionals. They should have found the leak the first time. So I'm out 500+ and still have no A/C. A miss more business. Stay away from them.
