They provided a modern, clean living space, transportation to his work, cooking classes, supervised grocery shopping, and adults available at all times. In 2022 my brother moved to The Ranch as he could no longer physically navigate The Village campus. The Ranch staff loved on him, making the transition much easier. At this point, he fully transitioned to campus life, rather than a working world schedule. They provided an array of classes, with each resident having 3 classes per day. Staff filled in with special activities during class semester breaks. Finally, my brother had further medical issues and moved to The Villa, where there was more access to medical support and services. Once again, the staff had smart suggestions to help this transition and were always willing to work through any rough spots which might occur. Supports at the Villa included an on-site physical therapy team, around the clock nursing care, a PA on site full time, a dedicated doctor, a social worker, as well as daily planned activities. Marbridge was a life long blessing for both my brother and my family. Our experience has been that they provided a quality living environment with appropriate levels of care for all stages of life.

The program is run at the highest level of organization, care, and therapeutic expertise. Every team member we met was so warm and welcoming. By the end of the three weeks, we had built such meaningful connections with both the staff and other families in the program. My husband and I have seen amazing growth in our daughter, both in her physical abilities and in a new level of confidence she didn't have before. Her occupational therapist, Savannah, was incredible. She and Rachel, her other OT, made such a lasting impact. Our daughter's face lit up every time she saw them, and their energy and kindness kept her motivated and joyful throughout every session. Her physical therapist, Rachel, was just as amazing. We were in awe watching all of the creative and dynamic movement exercises she designed. Each session was perfectly challenging and helped our little girl succeed. A big shout out as well to her speech therapist, Madelyn, who brought so much positivity and encouragement every day. Thank you, NAPA, and all of your amazing therapists, for welcoming our daughter and our family with open arms and warm hearts. We are so grateful and we can't wait to come back!

They provide a level of care and compassion that many don't realize is required in such a demanding job. It's not easy caring for the frail, but this team does it with patience, kindness, and professionalism every day. I needed care over the course of two months, and on top of seeing noticeable changes within the first two weeks because of the attention to care and exercises, I began feeling difference in my daily headaches, stiff neck, whiplash, upper and lower back pain and neck pain, and my hunching over. The entire team's dedication to care meant a lot to me. I felt hindered in multiple aspects of my life when I was injured, am finally getting back to an active lifestyle, & now have the tools I need moving forward to carry in my pocket that I learned from this team. No one ever expects an accident, & sometimes you may not know how to move forward from it. I am so thankful to Dr. Hayes and his entire team, my life genuinely has improved significantly. I couldn't thank them enough. (Dr. Haye's, Auja, Dr. Dimeko, Essence, the lovely kind Front Desk receptionists, were all fantastic and made me feel at home.) If you are on the fence and aren't sure if you will find a benefit from physical therapy, I recommend swinging by the office and feeling the vibe. They are on a mission to heal people, are educated masters of this field, and Dr. Haye's is intuitive and a true professional.

Dr. Woods from the South location adjusted my neck while it was still inflamed only two days after a rear end auto accident Dec '24. I opted to stay with Hays since then since he was less gung ho with his adjustments. The one technique I did like and get benefit from from Dr Woods holding my head, his hands shook so much, it felt very unstable and ineffective. Fast forward to Hays. This past year, I've given him the benefit of the doubt because I had no issue with him personally and the treatments themselves were effective but, this doesn't excuse his personal jabs and remarks towards me. He's commented about me not wearing underwear, made fun of my see through waist purse calling it a 'festival bag' before bringing me back for treatment and, I wish it stopped there. I had strain in my right arm from moving and a massage. He starts wringing up my arm from the wrist and when it was one pass too many near my elbow (he wrung my extensor origins by the elbows 3 times) the third time it was turning red and hurt so I pulled away saying "that's too much". There was a tech sitting by watching. His hand stayed on my arm and he didn't exactly stop pressure right away but, his knee jerk reaction was to ask me "are things ok at home"? I had to do a double take and ask "what"? He asked out in the open if anyone was grabbing me and this was a safe place here. I told him he was way out of line and expressed my willingness to leave if he wouldn't treat my wrist. He doubles down and inspected my arm for bruises saying "that looks like a bruise" on the top of my forearm (where there was none, as you can see in the photo). This is after I already explained to him I just moved and bruise easily. He goes on to talk about a past client who had been through "trauma and abuse" and that he always asks to touch since that client. He pulls me to a separate treatment room, apologizes, and further explains the how the past trauma client is his reason for being so cautious about touch. I accepted the apology and thanked him for clearing the air and that I still needed treatment on my neck. He told me HE WAS NOT "charging for today". He was rude while adjusting my neck. He didn't adjust my wrist and showed me the widget instead even though I told him it was cramping saying, it was a ligament that popped. I was shown how to adjust my own shoulder but, it was rushed. He mentioned a free cold laser treatment for my wrist. As we got to the front, he asks for my sheet and I wait. Alejandra asks how I want to pay and I explained he was waiving this visit and to check with him. She came back saying that only the laser treatment was free. I asked how long it was and she said 15-20 minutes. I told her I could do 15. I only got 8 minutes with the tech. The tech had me hold the laser and I could see the timer but, the laser was also very heavy. Dr. Casey Hays has some deep psychological issues regarding a past client and touch. I recall him asking to touch in past visits and, I even tried putting the onus on me saying my pecs were sensitive and not to touch them (because he did use too much pressure that hurt on the pecs) but, getting the help I need should NOT require going through psychological hoops, left field personal jabs and confusing checkouts. Dr. Hays: you look like you sleep under a bridge. Get help and stop projecting onto patients!

I brought my friend for her day surgery. The lobby was comfortable for guest. They had a Keurig with coffee and tea. I appreciated this since I hadn't had my morning tea. They had a sign which I figured someone who's having surgery should know. It said patients shouldn't drink the coffee or tea because you have to be fasting for surgery. Since her surgery would take about four hours with recovery. It seemed like the majority of people who dropped off a patient left. The front desk told me that I would be called when my friend was in recovery. And when I could come to recovery to be with her. I was really surprised and grateful that , Barnett called me to give me the status. He also gave me post-surgical directions for her which was good because after the surgery she was really groggy and didn't remember what she was told. I was able to go in recovery and see her. The nurse was very kind. She explained the discharge paperwork with instructions since I knew my friend wouldn't remember this, I asked the nurse if I could videotape so my friend would remember after the anesthesia wore off. After checking with her nurse Director, She said I couldn't record her, but I could record her voice . she was helpful because she put the phone near her and put the phone with video side down, but the important thing was hearing the instructions so I didn't mind. Very good place as everyone puts you at ease , my friend was discharged and there is a circular driveway where I could pick her up. Of course she came out in a wheelchair, which is the standard practice when a patient is discharged. It appears to be a surgical center where patients would feel safe and family members would be informed.

Thankfully, they were open on a Saturday until 4 pm, which is practically unheard of! I was able to quickly fill out the forms online and make an appointment for the next hour--though they do walk-ins too, I appreciated being able to get everything set up ahead of time. From the moment I arrived, I was taken care of. They immediately brought me into a private room for an evaluation and treatment. They set up a treatment plan for me to come in twice a week for the next month. And as a nurse, I was thrilled to get a discount--only $85 for the entire treatment plan! The fact that they accept FSA/HSA is super convenient too. Each session includes a hydrotherapy massage, which is absolutely amazing. Plus, they're open until 6 pm every day, so I can head over right after work, walk in, sign in at the bay area, and be taken care of within 15-20 minutes. The convenience and quality of care are unmatched. I also appreciate that I got to see three different chiropractors depending on the day I went, which I really liked! I have to give a special shoutout to Masha, who was incredibly helpful on that first Saturday. She made sure I was comfortable and took great care of me throughout the entire process. Plus, I got a free ice pack! Overall, NuSpine Chiropractic has exceeded all my expectations. The chiropractor I saw had no idea what she was doing. She struggled through what were supposed to be basic adjustments, fumbling and applying random pressure that felt nothing like actual chiropractic care. I've been seeing chiropractors for years, and I have never experienced anything even remotely close to this. I specifically asked for an ankle adjustment. After that visit, I was in significant pain that only got worse. A week later, I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with a fractured ankle. I am now unable to bear weight on it because of this visit. This place feels more like a volume-based operation than a real chiropractic office--get people in, rush them through, collect money, move on. There was zero individualized care, zero confidence, and zero accountability. Save your money. Spend the extra $$$$$ and go to a real, reputable chiropractor who knows what they're doing. Do NOT go here. Absolute joke of an operation. See ya in personal injury court. SMH
