After telling me a ridiculous price when the job was done he started to mention the time, which was 12:15am and that it cost to pick up the phone and come out to service me at his location after his ad said "24 hour" tire shop! Had he drove to me I would understand but I went to his advertised location and he still over charged me for a USED tire with no warranty. I'm so sorry I didn't just use my Roadside assistance which wouldn't have cost me anything to TOW MY CAR to a proper location and get brand new tire!!!!!!

Or I ordered 4 tires online to get a great deal, and shipped them to Road Runner. Alex brought them and installed them in the parking garage of my apartment, while I worked upstairs. So I didn't have to miss half a day of work. I just paid for his time plus a tip (and worth every penny). I just wish I'd know about this all those times I had to limp on a flat tire to a tire shop, or get a tow.
