Tire Rotation on scheduled appt so far 1 and 1/2 hours , they are taking walk ins ahead of me. They get mad when you ask how soon they will get your car in. They do not treat you the same for there supposed free services they brag about. You are second class. Im sure my tire rotation with scheduled appd is going to take over 2 hours if im lucky. I have been a long standing customer, sure not treated like one! Treat your so called free services with scheduled appointments by treating them the same as day you bought your tires there. Let me start by saying a thank you to Nick he was a great employee who helped me out a lot I've interacted with him a few times he is really helpful. Anyways here where the issues started I had an appointment for an alignment this morning for 12 and I came in dropped off the keys, paid, and waited. After an hour I was brought out about an issue with my wheels no big deal. The issues started when I went back in to ask if the alignment was completed to which I was told it wasn't and they didn't let me know expecting me to leave after paying for a service that wasn't completed. I was told to bring the car around back for the alignment service. I left for a while and came back around 2:30 where my car was still untouched mind you I had an appointment at 12 o'clock not 2:30, but 12 and my car was still untouched. At 3 I walked out to find out what was going on when I was finally told my car was ready. I didn't know until I asked an employee who said that it had been done I wasn't told inside or anything. I probably wouldn't have known if I did not go out to check. I waited 3 hours for a service that took them about 20 minutes to do. Thanks Town Fair Tire! read more

Ed suggested a tire he claimed was much better and more expensive but he would do it for the same price. Turns out that tire was $40 per tire less online. Deceptive sales practice. Also told Ed I didn't need an alignment done he charged me for it anyway. Do not trust this location's info you must verify what they tell you. read more

Then they were d*cking me around for a week saying to come in for my appointment 3 times when they didn't have the correct size tires for me and took 7 DAYS to get the right ones. I wish I never went to this place. They striped one of my bolts on my left front wheel and covered it up by over torquing bolts on both of my front wheels. I couldn't removing them with out braking the bolts. It took me over $500 to fix. They lied to me and said it was the previous store that did and they don't do repairs like that so I have to go to another garage to get it fixed. I would have believe them if it wasn't for the 3rd strip bolts we found during the repair. By the time I realized what happened it was to late to argue. Only thing I can say is this is one of the sleaziest company I'd ever dealt with. read more

Take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. This trip wheel locks on 2 tires were broken. They took the time to find a way to get them off. Let me know every step what was going on. Customer service is good. Replaced tire in a little less than the expected wait time. Easy process. Did not find a whole other list of expensive additional things wrong that they'll need to fix like mechanics usually do- only replaced the tire as requested. The only small thing is that my tire wasn't in stock and had to be ordered for the next day instead of being able to have it done the same day. Overall good experience. Typically I go to the Newtown Rd location but today it was more convenient to visit this location on Federal Rd and I'm so glad I did. I needed a flat repair on one tire and I didn't have an appt so I had someone drop me off thinking it would be a few hrs until it would be finished. Within the hour I got a txt and phone call letting me know it was finished. The customer service here was excellent from beginning to end. The gentleman at the desk said it should take from an hour to an hour and a half. At 1:55 the mechanic had me my keys my car was ready. It is useless making an appointment with this business. They overbook or cater to walk ins even when you have made an appointment a week in advance! Don't bother! Unfortunately even though Town Fair tire advertises they will beat any price it is no true. Even when the price quoted is from their own website. I got the price quote on the Town fair tire website Saturday after submitting a lower price from Sears. I called Brookfield town fair tire and was told they would order the tires and all I needed to do was bring in my phone with the screenshot of the lower price. They would not honor that when I showed up for my scheduled appointment. I walked out and ordered the tires from Sears at the better price. read more

Town Fair tire is a good business. I have gotten tires at their Stamford and Vernon locations, with good service and professional staff... This location, however, is a sick joke. And it all starts with the manager. He is without exaggeration, clinically insane. He once yelled at me in the parking lot because I "almost ran into him." I was nowhere close to hitting him. He apparently needs a twenty foot radius of safety when crossing his own parking lot... The second time, I started looking through the window to the garage at my car, because my new tires were taking FOREVER. And what did I see the manager doing? Outright MOCKING me by imitating my [completely justifiable] curious head movements as I peered through the window. Corporate has been warned. I will never, ever, EVER return to this sham of a business operation. read more

I had a Great experience today at Town Fair Tires in Brookfield, CT. I have a Honda Pilot and had gotten new tires not that long ago. The tires I had purchased have a 60K warranty, mine have worn out at 25K miles. I originally went back to where I purchased them and was told to call the manufacturer myself. A friend recommended that I go speak with Andrew at Town Fair Tires, and I am so glad I did. Andrew was courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful. He assessed my tires, called the manufacturer, arranged a 47% reimbursement for the faulty tires and was able to make an appointment for me to come back the next day for new tires so I can drive my car safely. Quick professional service! I tried them out after being really upset by a westchester tire chain (that starts with a M) so i ended up driving to ct based off of a referal of a friend. This place is everything the place thats starts with a M should be, they are fast friendly and fair priced. I hope they expand to NY but if they dont i'll still make the drive to them. read more
