Andrew from Marty Moters came with a flat bed and was so polite and professional, towing the car back to his shop. South Salem Auto Care had done an amazing job on my husband's Ford Explorer after another repair shop told him it was time to sell it and cut our losses. We called again this past week as my daughter was home for a short break from college and was told by another repair shop the price would be $4000.00. Martha squeezed us in, did an amazing job and beat that price by a longshot. We have now found an awesome mechanic we will use from now on!

I asked these guys to repair a slow leak in a tire and to give the car a once over. They managed to find over $4900 in "necessary repairs." Shortly after the service, the "On/Off emissions feature stopped operating for the first time and I brought it back thinking that it was a simple fuse or battery replacement. I was told by these guys that it had nothing to do with their recent service, they would have to remove seat(s) to get to the batteries and that labor and replacement replacement costs would be in "the thousands." When asked, they said there was no way to simply deactivate the warning light. I left and I will never return!

So I decided to ask for another gauge inside to double check the first. They refused. After I insisted they finally gave me one. ( the owner kept refusing). So long story short .... 38lbs was actually 70lbs. When I told the owner he made a joke and made it clear he would do nothing. FYI that would cause a blow out and potentially kill someone. Absolutely Horrible Experience - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS…read more Brought my car in for a warranty repair, which was supposed to be FREE. While they had it, they conveniently "discovered" an oil leak and told me it would cost $1,500 to fix. Against my better judgment, I agreed. Got the car home and the very next day my driveway was covered in antifreeze. Brought it back in (again), and now they say to fix this new problem, it'll cost another $1,200. So, let me get this straight--my car was fine before I brought it in, and after their "repairs," it magically developed more issues? Either they're incredibly incompetent, or they're running a shady scam--probably both.
