The appointment was for my 3 year old and I'm due to give birth with my 2nd in less than a week but I say no problem. The receptionist says great we'll see you in half an hour. I then come back in half an hour and I ask if the hair stylist is ready. The receptionist says no that she needs 5 more minutes but I can leave if I don't want to wait. This was pretty frustrating and I asked why they wouldn't just call me if she's running that behind and ask me to come later? The receptionist only mentioned that the stylist is just that busy. I wait another couple of minutes and ask again if the stylist is ready. At this point im tired of waiting and ask to get an actual estimated time she will be ready. I see the receptionist go up to the stylist and I see that the stylist is annoyed with the questions. I feel that when you have such a "popular" stylist that people should be better at scheduling their appointments for them. A phone call to say she's running an hour behind would have been great to receive, and the stylist could have taken 2 minutes to check in with me and see what can be done to accommodate me since I wasn't late. The stylist ran behind and should have tried to remedy the problem. At the end I left, it was obvious they didn't care for my business since the stylist is that popular. Overall I was very disappointed and won't return.

She pushed my neck and head back(it hurt) as she tried her best but the wax got in my freshly cut and blown out hair and all over my eye lids, to the point where they weren't closing because the wax kept them open. She tried nail polish remover but I would not let her put it near my eyes. They should have offered to wash the wax out of my hair and then blow it again but they did not! I had to go back to my room and scrub my face so hard to get the wax off and wash and scrub my hair. What wax did not come off I had to cut out!! Soo many salons had told me it was too drastic of a color change and could ruin my hair but Crystal just said "if you have a few hours I can absolutely do this for you". Fast forward a few hours and my hair looked STUNNING! Needless to say, I've been a client ever since! Strangers actually stop me in the street to tell me how much they like my hair. People think it's natural, which is amazing because red hair doesn't always look natural! For a while, I'd schedule appointments with anyone who was available because every person there is wonderful! But one day I scheduled with Patty and we just clicked. She makes me feel so comfortable and does such a good job! She listens to what I'm looking for and also offers her opinion (which is super helpful because I'm incredibly indecisive) Also, I know it's not her job to listen to the ups and downs of my life, but she always does with a smile. I appreciate her enthusiasm so much that I hired her to do my hair and makeup for my bridal shower AND my wedding. She's the energy you need around you on important days, trust me.
