Delicious food, quick service. Mediterranean version of Chipotle, but with more freshness, variety and options. You could come here 100 ones and not have the same exact meal twice. Really enjoyed there food for lunch and will be back. read more

This is the second time at this location where I had a bad experience. I've been to multiple locations throughout the state and always had a good experience except for this location. I came into the store a little bit after 9 PM on Sunday 12/19/2021. You had multiple proteins and multiple stuff on the cold bar missing. Then I paid with cash and the young lady gave me my paper change but not my coin change and thought that that was OK! It wasn't until I asked her to give my coin change that she did so. However that wasn't the biggest issue....While sitting down eating, your crew (primarily one gentleman don't know his name) all I can hear the whole time while I was trying to enjoy my meal is "n*gga this, n*gga that", "f*ck, f*cking" "p*ssy". Mind you I was sitting all the way in the back and can hear everything loud as day. Very unprofessional and by far the worst Mezeh I've ever been to in the state!!! That's crew needs to be addressed and/or disciplined!! read more

Great fast casual food. If you dine in, they provide real/reusable plates, silverware, and trays (win for being green). Great vegan/vegetarian options (meals include whole grains, legume and seed based protein and vegetables). Nice and clean restaurant. And to top it off: military discount (not expected but definitely appreciated). read more

Very nice place to eat, fresh ,healthy and delicious! I would suggest to everyone. Please try and never regret it:))

The food was awesome but did. It get my baklava and no refund. Said manager was gone. The delivery person had to tell me. The restaurant did not call or refund my money. Very poor customer service but the food was awesome read more

I hesitate to give this place a good review so it doesn't become so popular I won't be able to get through the door for lunch, but it appears the cat is out of the bag and with good reason. This place is like chipotle but for middle eastern food instead of Mexican. Everything I had in my bowl was fresh and super delicious. There are so many choices it's almost overwhelming, but my advice is to just pick whatever looks good and go for it. I'm definitely going to be coming back. read more

Super super good Mediterranean food!! Went here with my parents who prefer healthy food options and it was the perfect option. Lots of vegetarian/vegan options and everything tasted delicious. You get a lot of food for how much you pay too. Definitely coming back! read more

If you aren't familiar with all the toppings you can easily make a dish with toppings that do not pair well. It would be nice to have suggested pairings. Would definitely try again with the help of friends /colleagues who are familiar with the menu. read more

Typical mezeh. Nothing special. It gets four stars just because I like the food so much. If you haven't been here before the parking lot can be a bit confusing to get in and out of. read more

So good! Great to have a different type of food in the area and I love the build your own style. I will definitely be back.

I visit from out of town and have been waiting to try this place. It was SO good. So many choices, unlimited topping options, healthy and a ton of nutrition facts if you have allergies so you know what to avoid! Definitely eating here again before I leave for home! read more

I am not from the area, but I have been to this Mezeh three times in the past month when coming through Hampton on the way to or from the beach. The staff is always so kind and the food is always very fresh and delicious (try the Falafel, caramelized eggplant and spicy feta with whatever you get! It's some of the best around!) I will continue to come here when I am in the area! read more

Brought my friend here for the first time and we a great experience! The food is always wonderful even if your are scared to eat Mediterranean food! Tried something new was it def worth it! :-) read more

The food was great. The music was loud. Overall friendly staff. Very generous wit da feta

Good food, great patio setting, good service, like everyone says there's still a few kinks when it comes to the staff but it's a new place so understandable. I love the shredded lamb pita pocket and cilantro hummus!! Can't go wrong with their delicious cookies and fruit drinks! read more

I am Greek and this food is amazing like the chicken was a little spicy but I also think alot of things are spicy lol ,overall it was awesome and the green tea (the color green) it was awesome. read more

New place just opened, the food is fresh and hot. The staff is well trained and know how to make decent Mediterranean. The choices of based and protein are endless. It's even vegetarian friendly with the falafels I have been here several times since it opened and the food has stayed relatively the same, but some of the quality has decreased, the turnover of the staff with more and more with nasty attitudes is making it less appealing to come frequently. I was coming nearly daily since day one and I'm no longer pleased with them. For example today I was planning on coming in for a kids bowl with falafels they were burnt. The girl behind the counter whiskey I was making my order was rushing my order. I understand the 4 toppings on the kid bowl but when I asked for a 5th I know they are going to charge me the girl looked like a deer in the headlights. So at this moment I'm not sure if I'll be coming back at all. read more

This place is amazing 2nd time going 1st time Food was picked over and not as fresh but the taste made me go for the 2nd time which was 11am when they open and let me tell you. Amazing so please check them out.. read more

My first visit to any Mezeh and boy was I pleasantly surprised. The food was very fresh and everyone behind the counter fell all over themselves to help me pick a delicious lunch. The portions were perfect and everything was very fresh. Colin, the manager, was one of the nicest people I have ever met and I think he was genuinely concerned that I had a great experience. The place was very clean, including the bathrooms. We ate outside because that space was so inviting. I can't wait till they come to Chesterfield. read more

Been several times now. This place rocks. It's Chipotle on steroids. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly. Definitely worth the visit. I'm definitely a fan. read more

I have been here 5 times since they opened. I loved it, but...the last 2 times I was there the place was very dirty. Food all over the floor and the drink are was really dirty I thought " maybe they had a big rush". The last time, I went during the week before the lunch rush and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I am very sad about this because the food is an excellent choice for healthy food. I really hope they will do something to remedy that, hire a person that is only responsible to clean and maybe a new cleaning company because if that is how it is where the customers are I wonder how it is where the people can't see. read more

Delicious food got take out twice. Was so good. Fresh and full of flavor at a great price

I've always enjoyed the quality of the food at Mezeh and tonight was no different. What was disappointing was the haphazard service and unclean service counter area. Like most food service biz in covid times, it's probable Mezeh was short-staffed tonight. However, the food service bar was very cluttered, food all over the place and not just in their containers, and as our food was waiting near the cash register for our turn to check out, another employee fulfilling door dash orders was leaning over our uncovered food multiple times and working on bagging other food items. I just wish our dishes could have been covered while we waited in line to pay, so I didn't have to worry about her sweater sleeve getting into our food. Everyone seemed a little chaotic trying to mainly fulfill the door dash orders and to pay attention to on site customers. The check out area was cluttered with orders being prepped to go, and the overall appearance of the immediate check out area was dirty, including the floor where the cashier works- dropped bags and other paper goods were under her feet. Maybe none of this impacts the quality of the food, but the idea of eating in a dirty restaurant is unappealing. Mezeh has customers at the counter customizing their order, so the customer should see nothing but high standards of presentation to ensure a confidence in the product and service. The amount of food particles under the cushion where we sat was disgusting- not that I went looking, but I had to pull the cushion closer to the edge of the bench so we weren't sitting on exposed metal. I'm sorry to see this relatively newer restaurant take the beating of negligence. We won't be back to the Hampton location. read more
