This place has a great location. We came for an R&B lunch. Service was decent. Vibes were decent. Food was like Dennys. Overpriced cafeteria food. All the margaritas trios were in regular plastic cups and at a price of $36 with super cheap tequila. We spent almost $500 with an 18% added gratuity. read more

Food was a mix. We ordered the pulpo (octopus) and ceviche. The octopus was good, but the ceviche didn't taste fresh. Cocktails were on the sweeter side. Place barely had any customers when we went for lunch on the weekend. It looks like a place to hangout in the evening. Our waitress was friendly. read more

Mezcal Ultra Lounge - Ambiance or Brunch - Dance Clubs Near Me - Riverside, California

The bartender was putting her own tip at 22% and signing the receipt as if my friends and i signed it. super exploitative behavior after a ridiculous 20 dollar cover and mostly empty bar lol. would not return even if the dj was alright. the drinks were ridiculously overpriced and they charged for water. I highly recommend skipping this place. even if u like reggaeton lol read more

Came here for dancing on a Saturday night, paid the cover fee ($20) and bought a cocktail ($18 for 6 oz Long Island) and later in the night asked the bartender for a cup of water. They refused and said only $6 8oz bottles of water were available even though a different bartender had given my friend a cup of water earlier for free. The second bartender said they were just following their managers instructions. I thought it was illegal in CA to charge customers for tap water but even if it's not, that's a pretty poor customer service model to not provide a measly cup of tap water after they've already paid for extremely marked up cocktails. read more

Artemiza was a great host the food was great as well! My dad got the salmon and I got the steak.

Horrible experience. I just paid 20 to get in but had to locate my friend. They wouldn't let me get back in. Never coming back. They just took me 20 bucks. I couldn't even purchase a drink in there establishment. read more

Security can't seem to understand sometimes you just want to wait for your girl while she's in the bathroom: it's like if you're a single dude, you're getting harassed by security bros. Oh and my girl was disgusted by the women's restroom, like no maintenance whatsoever. Bartenders have 0 energy, don't matter whether you tip them or not, they hate their job and you can tell . The only one I'm giving credit to is the DJ, he was popping. Would I got back? Mehhh.... read more

I'm giving 5 star because Sally is an amazing server 10/10 service. They just need to go back to the old French toast the new one is just a block of bread. read more

This is now one of my favorite spots in downtown Riverside. From the moment you walk in everything looks clean and beautiful. As a first timer I went with the hostess recommendation and ordered the Carnitas plate. My wife ordered the fajitas which were also delicious. Are hostess advised us on trying some dessert as well, so we ordered the churro with vanilla ice cream. Definitely recommendable place to visit. read more

Jhonathen was great ! So nice, the vibe was incredible. Can't wait to come back for another girls night

Hi I went here to celebrate a birthday party for a female friend and her female friend joined us . We had a few drinks plus dinner everything was cool I ended up buying a table and bottle I was feeling the vibe but after a little dancing and drinking I went to the restroom and upon my way out of the bathroom I was met by security guard and was escorted out of the club and told I could not enter the club anymore and they did not give me any reason , after I spent close to1000 dollars in just a few hours . The worst part is when I was brought out the club the security guards were there with riverside police and the officers harassed me and my friends and one of the officers bent my arm so hard it felt like it was going to brake then after the officer did that to me he body slammed me to the pavement so hard my entire elbow swelled up and my hand keeps locking on me !!)all the while still on the property of mezcal where I paid for a table a place in the club to have food drinks and all the fun things I should have experienced.I'm ashamed of what has happened we where treated so bad and now im suffering I'm in pain and I was not even arrested for braking any laws because no laws were broken except for what the club and police did to me .but I talked down to by the security guards and police department please people be careful. I think these officers and security guards are buddies and might treat people like this more than I may think . Did anyone get video footage of your this night when I was being body slammed by officers ? 1 Photo 1 of 5 Photo 2 of 5 Photo 3 of 5 Photo 4 of 5 read more

It's a good spot in the middle of riverside, around food, the game lab and other cool shops.

SO FUN AND GREAT PLACE!!!!I love coming with my friends on friday nights after work!!!

Service wasn't good so we didn't tip. As we were leaving our waiter came over and saw there was no tip and audibly says "not even a tip " before angrily walking off. LOL read more

AMAZING!! I had the torta cubana and it was soooo fulfilling and delicious. I paired it with the watermelon margarita and it was very refreshing. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Christian! Yeah, I mean read more

Dominic had the greatest customer service I've ever experienced will definitely be coming back every weekend.

came here for brunch and bottomless mimosas. Aisha was such a great server and took care of our group!

It was our first time at mezcal. Honestly we made the most of it because it was my moms birthday VIP and bottle service!! bottle service girls were sweet and fast. Feeling the hangover today . Patio was crowded especially being in VIP though. Was on our way back to our section and dancers kept bumping into my mom and I. And security Louis I believe his name is seen and helped us get through the crowd numerous times Fun night for my momma!!!! club made her feel 21 again! Thanks mezcal read more

Very squished environment, especially for the VIP booths. You would think paying the amount you have to in order to get VIP that it would be a bigger booth and or table situation. read more

The bathroom attendant cussed me out because I pumped my own soap, they put my pen in a drawer bc it's not allowed, no biggie, but at the end of the night when I tried to get it back one of the security guards took it out of his pocket. One Adios was $18 and 90% soda. Entry was $30. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Went here last Saturday...Too expensive of an entry fee for you not to be able to stand at what looks like a little countertop space without security telling you to move..nowhere to really dance or sit unless you have a table, security sucks, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else... read more

Drinks are bomb, they play good music, and the employees are always incredibly nice. 10/10

Best Club in town hands down! Great Music! Look no further. Must go! First time in riverside and don't regret. Dominic was the best!

Really good ambience great service food is decent. Margaritas are amazing. Great place to check out!

DO NOT GET BOTTLE SERVICE HERE. Got bottle service last night. Sat down and maybe an hour and a half in we got asked to move tables. Apparently someone more important wanted the table. We paid just like everyone else but i guess that wasn't good enough. They moved our entire party even after we communicated that we didn't wanna move. Worst bottle service experience ever. DO NOT SPEND YOU'RE MONEY HERE. read more

i love this club, the best music ever. drinks are delicious the vibes are immaculate. Jhonathen is the best!

I had a negative experience at the club because I felt like the security (boss) was treating us unfairly. I felt like we were being judged based on our appearance, which made me feel uncomfortable could possibly be discriminated by our color security in the front told my husband that his walk was off made no sense when half of the people get there tipsy/drunk while us being sober. I hope that the club can improve their security practices to ensure that all guests feel welcome. read more

I went to mezcal and Dominic helped us out he had great service and food. Drinks were amazing I appreciate you guys.

My girls and I had a great time at Mezcal. This night club has Latin music and it was so much fun! We are definitely coming back!

Came here on May 22nd with a few friends, we went two rounds of drinking and they cut off our drinking, the bartender just glared at me and said "no I can't serve you guys" like I get If we were drunk but how are we going to be drunk with two drinks. We were confused we only drank two cocktails and others were going back and back for more drinks. Music was ehh they change the beat every song so people stand there dumb for a bit. Yeah if I could I'd give this place 0 stars. I'll tell people not to come here. Pretty ridiculous read more
