At one point I even received an empty/blank invoice. The biggest failure- the sales rep, in trying to make a quick sale failed to disclose the extra tile wouldn't be available for return should I have extra. Yet, and curiously she did mention a restocking fee for the tile returns?!?! So when I tried to schedule a return of extra tiles, imagine my shock that they would not take the tiles...and the best part, they blamed me for the oversight. Ridiculous. If you need tile, I've got loads of it.

We recently contracted CR Tile to remodel our main bathroom and we couldn't be happier. We received…read moreseveral quotes from different local contractors, but none of those even came close to what these guys were able to do for us. Working with Geiner and Emilio was effortless, and I really appreciated their input when it came to decisions we were either on-the-fence about, or if something we thought we wanted, wouldn't work for our space. They were able to customize our space per our requests, with really great recommendations along the way. They even kept their smiles the whole time our 2 tiny dogs tried to attack them. We hope to work with them again soon, and HIGHLY recommend them!

Beautiful work from an engaged, friendly, and affordable contracting company…read more Geiner and Emilio from CR Tile & Painting are excellent, accurate, and reasonably inexpensive contractors. They accommodated my needs as a confused, nervous disabled first-time homeowner. "I've never owned a home before," is my mantra. I have cerebral palsy, which means I need ADA-compliant mobility aids in the bathroom and hallway. And bariatric, static-loadbearing fixtures that can withstand grueling daily use are hard enough for a chronically ill homeowner to find. But Geiner and Emilio found them, installed them, and adjusted everything to correct my mistakes throughout the renovation. They made my family very comfortable about the process from day one to the last. And they worked much harder than previous more expensive contractors did, without any of the problematic hidden "add-ons" other contractors tried to force on us. Once, they even rescued me from an extremely painful fall outside where no one else saw me stumble! And the work they did, from setting the tiles to hanging our family heirloom mirror to the very difficult sink-vanity? It all looked beautiful in the end. I highly recommend CR Tile & Painting to anyone who needs tile, painting, bathroom appliances, and subflooring repairs.

All other things being equal (which actually was not the case with the bids) I liked supporting a local small business. Rafael was responsive via email and text. He made some adjustments to the initial bid after I changed my mind on some smaller items. We had all of the exterior trim on the house painted and almost all of the interior rooms. The crew was on time every morning and finished ahead of schedule. They took care taping and covering to prep the painting areas. The crew did miss one section of the living room wall above the windows, and I didn't catch it during the final walkthrough. I texted Rafael expecting him to say the work was finished as of the walkthrough. But no! He sent someone to finish it the very next morning. I was thrilled. Palmira was a great company to work with.
