Hard water stains, dry and irritated skin, flat hair -- research says a water softener should help…read more I found LZ on Yelp, saw the good reviews and sent a text. He responded quickly and we set an appointment for him to come over for a quote for installation of a water softener system. Luis listened to my needs and answered all my questions. He talked to me about options and price points, and he walked me through the installation process. I knoowwww they say to get at least three quotes, but LZ was my first and only quote for this project. That brief 10-minute appointment was all I needed to know that Luis was the one for this job. He is confident, knowledgable, friendly and great at explaining things in a ways a layperson like me would understand. The quote was very reasonable, the invoice was formatted well and overall communication with him via text was very easy. Installation went smoothly, the piping is straight and level, he showed me how the system and valves work, went over the maintenance and let me ask more questions. He has a warranty on his work, but I doubt I'll ever have to make a claim because with his skills, I'm sure the system will be running well for years and years! Highly recommend, and I will be in touch soon for the other job we talked about! Thank you Luis!

The quality of work is there, however, the time…read moremanagement of the job and the additional jobs proposed by Gabriel weren't done it a timely manner. Gabriel had several no calls, no shows (by my estimate around 8 days). We had to call him all the time and he never responded to voicemails unless you are complaining. The only time I would be able to talk with him was when I called first. After the repair, a suction issue developed with one of our toilets, I was told by Gabriel that he can fix the issue, but instead, I have been left waiting for him. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere. Also, after final payment, I went review the work under house due to the suction issue, and I found that scrap pieces of the sewer main have been left under the house, along with trash. In addition, I found cut floor joists without being re-supported. Gabriel said he would honor a guarantee, but I feel buyer's remorse in hiring him for the multiple jobs he has performed. Overall, my experience has felt like we were a side job, not valued as a customer. The job in its entirety has been going on for a month, and is still continuing due to the issue previously mentioned. Gabriel shows respect, but has no respect for your home. As of this moment, I'm thinking I need to look for other plumber to fix the issue Gabriel created.

I chose Bullet Plumbing because of their strong reviews and their motto, "Do It Once, Do It Right,"…read moreand they absolutely lived up to both. I called regarding a recurring drain issue and my call was answered right away. Although it wasn't an emergency, they immediately looked for ways to fit me into their schedule. I was impressed when they called back later that day with an opening and made the effort to get me taken care of sooner. Trevin arrived on time, cleared the drain quickly, and went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the area afterward. The service was professional, the pricing was fair, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. As a fellow small business owner, I know how much reviews matter. Bullet Plumbing earned this one. I'll definitely be calling them again and would confidently recommend them to others.

He quickly diagnosed my issue and explained everything thoroughly. While I was shocked by the price tag to snake the sink/drain line ($520), Juan's promptness, thorough work and explanation and overall professional service made it well worth it. I later validated with a plumber friend that emergency plumbing work is just expensive, so the $520 doesn't sound too outrageous. Overall - highly recommend calling Juan / Clove for any plumbing needs.

Long story short - we had a leak from our…read moreshower, clove rep came to fix it, then after mold remediation was already done we saw that it was still leaking, clove rep came back to fix it again, then I saw that where the leak was repaired again there were complete gaps between the shower wall and wall itself (as pictured) so water would have come spilling into the walls, then they came back to fix again. The part though that really bothers me is that, after all this, they also took my baseboard from the wall. No idea what they did with it. I called asking where it was and they never called me back. I'm now having to spend more money to get a custom baseboard created to match the rest of the room. I don't enjoy not supporting local businesses, but the fact that I'm now having to spend more money because of the baseboard being taken instead of this being compensated for is the reason I'm posting this. Not okay and won't use again.
