    Wilkins RV of Bath

I can't say enough good things about Wilkins RV in Bath, NY. While traveling through New York in…read moreour new 2026 Class A diesel motorhome, I discovered a hydraulic leak that I couldn't locate. Even though we purchased our coach from a dealer in North Carolina, Wilkins didn't hesitate to help. Wayne Robertson and his team were absolutely incredible -- professional, kind, and accommodating from the very first call. Despite having no open appointments, they made room to get us in, diagnosed the issue (a loose hydraulic fitting), and had us back on the road within a couple of days. After more than 20 years of RVing, I can honestly say I've never encountered a more professional and trustworthy dealership or service team. I'm deeply grateful for their help and highly recommend Wilkins RV to anyone needing reliable, honest service.

**Extremely Disappointed with Wilkins RV**…read more We purchased a *brand new* 2024 Flagstaff from Wilkins RV with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has spent more time in their service department than at our home. We've made just 10 payments on it and only managed to take it on 3 trips -- the rest of the time, it's been in the shop. Right from the start, we've had major issues: the slide toppers, the fireplace, the slide-out, and now -- to make matters worse -- what appears to be **water damage from the roof**. Despite these ongoing problems, the Bath, NY service department has been unhelpful and incredibly frustrating to work with. One woman in particular was *extremely rude* when we tried to explain the repeated and unresolved issues. We trusted Wilkins RV to sell us a quality camper, but it's clear we were sold a lemon. Worse, they refuse to stand behind the product or work with us to reach a resolution. The fireplace issue -- supposedly fixed -- has returned, and now we're facing structural concerns with the roof. Once again, the RV is sitting at their shop instead of being enjoyed by our family. Bottom line: **Wilkins RV sold us a damaged RV and has done nothing to make it right.** I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable camper or a dealership that cares about their customers after the sale.

Meyers RV, Bath NY. By far, surpassed all expectations. A…read morefriendly knowledgeable group, from sales to service. Supported by the owners, and management team. A very hands on team! I had the distinct pleasure to meet Kyle Smith (GM Bath) at the Hershey RV show in Pennsylvania. Although this is a long story I will keep it somewhat to the point. I ordered a unit, it came in, it had multiple issues. Kyle went to bat against the manufacturer, due to all the major issues. Although brand new, the factory wanted to repair and return. Meaning return unit to factory, demo unit and repair issues. I had to cancel a trip already planned. The manufacturer was dragging their feet and Kyle pushed on. I know this is not the norm, nor should it be. But the issues were enough to make myself, and Meyer's RV, very uncomfortable if I was forced to keep this unit. Needless to say a deal was worked out. I am now in an RV I am satisfied with. Be mindful of the dealership and the issues they deal with on a daily basis. I was not very happy at all, and the service personnel and Kyle had to deal with a very upset customer. After I relaxed some I realized the dealership did not build the unit. My anger was misplaced. And I apologized to them. So be prepared. Manufacturers have decided to push units out fast, and let the dealership deal with it. Not fair for dealerships. In conclusion. Be very thorough during walk through. Have everything annotated. If issue won't hinder camping go for it. If it will, don't take it!

I bought the five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. It was delivered. AC kicked out. I realized that the water tank would not work on Electric only propane, I complained they came out a week or so later (the service guy is very nice) and the temperature went way down into the 30s so in order to see if the AC was working right he had to put the furnace on, the furnace was broken so he had to fix the furnace and it needed a computer board. He had to fix the hot water tank on the electric side. These things should've been found in prep, granite moving things around something things come disconnected, but a service guy doesn't see something disconnected and sees it doesn't work it's broke. I had a problem with the AC again. It popped the main breaker as the pole. I was told it was the campsite problem not the camper so the maintenance guy came put a brand new breaker in, fast-forward two weeks in between it was cool didn't really need AC, this past week it was hot. I was stupid and didn't come check it during the week during the day but I work from 6 to 6 in daycare five days a week, so I have a long weekend coming up and come out no AC at all, main breakers fine because microwave is working so it's not the breaker. I tried even the fan part of the AC nothing, I have no AC it's 90° outside either I pack up and go home and ruin my Fourth of July weekend or stay in a hot box. My call to Meyers went to the.GM service was closed, general manager said well it happens I said but I already complained about AC having a problem and they wouldn't believe me the person at the service place. Robin was screaming at me telling me it wasn't the camper. It was the breaker well guess what, it wasn't a breaker I am not happy at all. I paid $1500 for prep the wanted $2000 I said that was ridiculous. $1500 for the prep and I paid about 17,000+ tax and a warranty for my camper for it to constantly have issues. These aren't all the issues, I've have had many other smaller issues. These are three main issues after them supposedly prepping it that I paid for.

My husband and I purchased an RV from Meyers during the Hershey RV Show in 2025. My husband has been a first responder for nearly 40 years, and during the sales process we were told that Meyers highly respects first responders and "takes care of them" by providing a $200 gift card to their facility. Because we live far from any Meyers location, we were specifically promised a $200 Visa gift card instead. We were told we would receive it when we picked up our RV. However, once all the paperwork was signed and we were ready to leave, there was suddenly no mention of the gift card. When we brought it up, they gave us a "WE OWE" form stating that a Visa gift card would be mailed directly to us. After waiting over a month and receiving nothing, I followed up multiple times. I spoke with our salesman, Tyler from NY, as well as a manager from the Pennsylvania location. Both repeatedly promised the card would be mailed. By January, I had enough. I called Tyler and told him that if the promised card was not sent by the end of February, I would leave an honest negative review about our experience. Surprisingly, within a week or two, we finally received a card -- but it was NOT a Visa gift card as promised. Instead, it was a Meyers gift card, which is essentially useless to us because of the distance to their locations. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service, the lack of honesty, and the way this situation was handled. We will NEVER purchase another RV from Meyers, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. After reading many similar experiences online, it's clear we are not the only customers treated this way.
