Among our concerns were a promised reimbursement check that required repeated requests, questions regarding paid-for protection services, registration-related issues, and a general lack of urgency in resolving customer concerns after the contract was signed. The difference between a good dealership and a bad one is not whether problems arise--it's how they respond when they do. In our case, we felt valued while purchasing the RV but largely ignored afterward. We have maintained documentation of our communications and would strongly encourage prospective buyers to carefully review all paperwork, verify every promised service, and obtain written confirmation of anything discussed verbally. We expected accountability and customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
