Just to be absolutely sure that he made the right diagnosis, he came back out (at no cost) to double check everything. Grayson came with Jerry and what a wiz with electrical stuff! They ended up saving me over two hundred dollars just from that re-check, and I am so grateful that Jerry took the extra time to be 100% sure. I don't get the negative review. I found them to be super friendly, funny but really professional also. And they explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions, and I had lots of them. They also gave me info on the tools they were using as they used them. I couldn't be happier with them!!!

I would not use them again. According to Craig the initial service call to install the dishwasher…read morewas 5 to 6 hours. During the first use of this machine I had to go down and shut off the water. They tried to jerry rig the water line to save time and money.the next day, with me watching closely, they sent 2 or 3 hours doing it right. My guess, they know nothing about plumbing or were trying to pull a fast one on a 90 year old man. They left off a trim piece, used old fittings, used pipe tape on a compression fitting ( never done by anyone who knows what they are doing) , used the old nut they had stripped out as well as the old farrel. New nut and farrel cost nothing versus time spent. They didn't want to level the unit. I will give them this, they admitted they didn't use a new adapter, admitted they stripped the nut, price was fair, and that his helper was new. A good price is no trade for a wet floor. They blamed the lack of hardware on corning building co. And manufacturer. Didn't put the kick plate on. I have spoken to corning building co. About this as well as anyone who will listen. I have installed 4 or 5 dishwasher and never had this much go wrong. However I always had the right tools, was prepared and am familiar with plumbing. The customer is my girlfriend 90 year old father. I hold no I'll will against craig, just wish I had done it myself, time would have been saved.

Not sure who to call, I did a search and recognized the name Sheesley's. The reviews were very positive, so I thought I'd call. The woman I talked to in the office was very professional and said she would definitely send a crew to fix this. It took a couple of hours before they came, but this was actually quite fast as all of their crews were engaged on other projects. The two that came to the house were terrific. They quickly figured out the problem and commenced to replace the sump pump. After a successful installation, they monitored the pump to insure it was was doing exactly what they thought it should be doing. I was extremely happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend them for future work.
