I was informed that because the tag had been removed from the leggings, a return wasn't possible--which I understand may be store policy. However, I then asked if I could at least exchange the top or receive store credit. During the process, there seemed to be some miscommunication. Instead of proceeding with a store credit or exchange as discussed, the associate processed a refund in a way that left me unable to use the value toward another item. This added to the frustration, as I ultimately left the store without a resolution that felt fair or helpful. I had hoped for a more accommodating and customer-focused experience, especially given the premium nature of the brand.
