Would not know restaurant unless I looked it up there's hardly any sign or any sort of identification on the outside little awkward to get seated, even though it wasn't busy there was only one other table the downfall of this was the salsa was absolutely horrible tasted like tomato soup for some reason it did not taste like salsa at all. The chips were cold and not salted now to the best part ordered the birria tacos with order of rice and beans the best burrito in town had amazing flavor had depth and good filling. The rice and beans were typical rice and beans nothing ecstatic about them. The Brea burrito was perfection. Good filling good flavor all in all would come back here for the barria the salsa that came out in the squirt bottles were absolutely to die for 100% amazing. The service was horrible and It was only a few of us in there. Once they started to bring out the food after about an hour of waiting the food was cold. We still had about 6 people waiting on their food, me included. After about hour and half of waiting I got up and told them that was ok, I was leaving. We came all the way from California to see one of my brothers graduate from army boot camp . The waitress was really good . The problem was the owner of the restaurant she was rude and yelling at the waitress when she didn't do anything wrong. I believe she got fired that day . DON'T GO HERE! My husband ordered menudo and I ordered a torta. I didn't feel good after taking a few bites of the torta, my husband tried the torta I ordered and said it was disgusting. My husband was also saying the menudo didn't have anything but 3 bones and huge pieces of fat attached to it. I told the manager we didn't like the food, nor did we appreciate the small portion of meat they put in the menudo. He said "well this is how we make it." When we asked for a different meal, the manager said no and said we have to pay for the meals even though our plates were basically still full. He also said if we didn't want to pay for the meals then he's gonna call the cops on us. The manager is inconsiderate and was saying "you can ask other people, they still eat the food because they like it." The food was DISGUSTING. We're never coming here ever again. read more

Went there tonight to try their Birria Tacos and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Birria Tacos have been all the craze and I'm so glad we were able to find this place to give them a try. My husband and I both had the Birria Tacos, I had beef and he had chicken and they were both very flavorful. The portion is pretty big as well. Jenny, our, server was kind, helpful and very funny. I had a side of guacamole that was fresh and flavorful. They took my order quickly but it took 40 minutes to get my dinner. I found this place on Waitr and had was suprised to find that they have been open for several months. This place is a hidden gem in Columbus that I hope will soon become popular. I had ordered the tortas a few time and always enjoyed them, but my favorite thing here so far is the Desayuno platter. It was absolutely delicious and very filling. Comes with eggs (I chose scrambled with chorizo), avocado, cheese, refried beans, creme, and hot tortillas. I also ordered a hibiscus tea which was very sweet, but very good. They also have new menu items such as tamales, churros, mole, and lunch specials. I highly recommend trying this place out. Service was also wonderful and I liked the decor and music. read more

I used to love going to Mexigrill to get some really good street tacos! But the service is not consistent, one day you may get a nice warm soft corn taco with the fixings and the second time you it may be cold! My boyfriend and I went and the service was very slow and the beans and rice were awful! Hoping that they will read these reviews in the future, and realize they are losing customers. They do not sell alcohol and it's nice to have a margarita with Mexican! Not sure if I go back anytime soon! read more

Ordered by phone, gave her my name and phone number. Arrived 30 minutes later. Spent 15 minutes behind 1 guy ordering. Got to the hostess and told her my name, told her my phone number, told her everything I ordered. She went to the back twice, said they don't have it. But she can take my order and it'll be another 45 minutes. I asked her what happened to my order and she shrugged her shoulders, and said "I don't have it." No admission that they screwed it up, no saying, "wait let me rush the order to the front of the queue so it'll only be 5 minutes." So it would have been 1 and 30 minutes for takeout. I get that it's more authentic than the normal places, but Vaquero, Corrizo, Chuchos, the food is out in 5 mins flat. 8 minutes is a long time. How is 45 minutes, much less 1.5 hours even fathomable? I would not have signed onto yelp and blasted them if they simply said "Sorry." But they're too good for that, so 1 Star it is. read more

I love all types of Hispanic/ Latino food, my favorite dish is the Carnitas Platte when I order my food. Saw great reviews and wanted to try this out with my family; IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The Chicken/ Veggie tamales were fresh and delicious; it's breading was amazing. Sad that they didn't have a Carnitas Plate but the carnitas tacos were awesome. Everything made was amazingly fresh and grilled then and there. The staff actually spoke English well so there wasn't any misunderstandings when ordering and they were very polite and helpful. Best taco bar I've seen in Columbus. I loved the beef barbacoa taco but also loved the al pastor, carnitas... my boyfriend loved the norteńo which is chorizo with potatoes and his second favorite was asada... We ended our lunch with a churro and it was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside how they're supposed to be! This place hit the spot! I love this place because of how clean and modern it is inside. Everyone was so nice which is a plus. My husband ordered a pupusa & 2 tacos (northern (chorizo&potato) and al pastor and I had 3 tacos (1 chicken & 2 barbacoa). Honestly I wasn't a fan of the food. They offer chips and salsa and the salsa was extremely good. My husband said the al pastor was good. But the chicken and barbacoa could have been so much better. We called for a pick up on food and when we told them multiple times we wanted the lunch item (keep in mind we ordered at 11:45 and lunch is from 11-3) they charged us for the whole dinner price. I called afterwards and spoke with the manager (or so she says) and she was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for a refund on the price difference because I wanted the lunch special and not the dinner. She claimed we said we wanted the dinner which is completely false. We wanted the lunch special for lunch. I was craving nachos but refused to go to Applebee's or Chili's. After searching for a reputable place to eat, I finally found this place and decided to give it a shot. I got the nachos and I got my husband to try the birria tacos. I grew up eating tacos de birria so I know they're tasty if done right but this was my husband's first time. He was over the moon. I agree that they were delicious and am glad that I found this place. The nachos were also great. They use queso blanco which is one of my favorite to use on nachos so it definitely hit the spot.
