I had $9.00 left and was told to return on Sunday. She handed me a $30 kohls cash. I went back and went to Sephora so I can spend kohls cash if $9.00 & my new Kohls cash of $30.00 for buying a bunch of clothes. The girl called manager Ben over and he kept insisting I must have changed something or returned clothes and REFUSED my kohls cash of $30. At no time during my encounter didn't manager try to look anything up - just stood there shaking his head saying "You must have returned an item- Where is your receipt for all the clothes you bought the other day" - So now I have to hold a receipt in hand to prove I spent money in Kohls. He argued back with me - no offer of anything -- basically cold and stood his ground as if I was lying and I even said - "why are you treating me in this manner? I'm not lying" Again - totally refused to do anything else and was not professional and condemning "HAVE A NICE DAY" UNPROFESSIONAL JERK- I called & sent in a formal complaint - no phone calls this so far..... no calls .... The Sephora Store worker was sweet and nice but had no clue on products I wanted. She has no idea what the texture spray is from Wow -- and I also wanted a facial cream and she wound up giving me a product was very very expensive without giving me a price. Many other stores have better quality goods. Don't let people talk to You like you're garbage.

The iconic bean boot statue is right in front so make sure to snap a pic. I agree the store is pricey but if you go to the outlet store you can find some hidden gems however either way the material is worth the price. The best part of our time here was we ate at Linda beans kitchen restaurant which was unique and yummy. You would think she would have more homey foods but it was still nice to sit and eat here.

Cost me a whole day at police station, but now im suing their ass off. Do not shop here if you are a young woman. Someone outside was joking about possible reasons they were doing it, but I assume it is the recent surge in Covid. At least I think he was joking. Because of the success of vaccines and Paxlovid in slowing down the spread and reducing its impacts, I think some people believe Covid is finished rather than that it is now like flu strains. Anyway, the wait outside the store was short. I tend to shop more closely in the Home Goods section rather then in the clothing, unless there is something in particular I am looking for. They sometimes have surprising items for sale, such as the time we found our brand of decaf coffee at a great price. The variety of decaf available at warehouse stores can be pretty limited, but if you have a Kurig you are made in the shade. They must sell a lot more of it and make more profit. So i don't shop at TJ Maxx regularly but I like stopping in occasionally to see what they have at that particular moment. It helps me miss Zayre's less from when I went to the Broadway Shopping Center decades ago now.

The store is a mess, sort of; looks more like a warehouse now and less like a place to shop. Staff is minimal...I mean scanty... and those that work there have no desire to really help you. They are, however, interested in socializing with each other. I don't blame them actually. Poop rolls down hill, right? So, if administration has no mission to provide great quality and customer service, no pride in what they are doing, why would the minimal staff that work there? It doesn't make me happy, what I'm writing, but I need to be honest. I try to find what I need anywhere but at Dick's Sporting Goods right now. What a disappointment.

One of our groomsmen had something up and had to cancel so we called less that 24 business hours later to cancel and they refused to transfer the deposit to the groomsmen that replaced him. After fitting everyone was quoted the price, and when we go to pick up the suits the week of the wedding magically there was a 10$ extra charge, that had to be paid in order to get the suits. The staff was very rude about this and not accommodating. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants a hassle free experience. The group behind us when picking up the suits was just as impressed as we were, he actually told them to go away and come back when he was less busy.
