I was able to pick it up first thing in the morning that I needed it, and unfortunately it was a photo finish to get it back by 5 o'clock. I pulled into the parking lot right at 5 o'clock, the same sales rep who rented the ladder to me in the morning was still on duty, he let me check it back in and also helped me unload it off my vehicle in the rain. That's a stand up Dude. Quality service and help like that will keep me coming back.

They refunded the whole thing back to me, guided me towards a different route of grinding the garage and preparing the concrete, and even were excited to see the end results.
