I had ABSOLUTELY NO problem getting an appointment when every other practice had nothing for about 45 - 60 days out. I got scheduled within 7 days from calling the office. After arriving & checking in, I waited no longer than 5 minutes before being seen. Once in the back room and screened by Sophie, it wasn't another 5 minutes before seeing Courtney, and I hope I spelled that right, lol ... but She looked at my rash & told me right away NOT to worry and prescribed a couple of medications and scheduled me to come back within 2 weeks to see her again. Well, that's in a couple of days and I'm doing pretty good !!! Even upon leaving, I found the girls at the desk to be REAL Pro's !!! The Staff here is always pleasant and very helpful. They don't try to push cosmetic procedures down your throat or slice things off of you like the other local dermatologists.
