Prior to this, my face was clear and acne free. Since then, I have struggled emensely with my self esteem and depression. I have missed work and have endured so much pain and suffering on top of being permanently scarred. This woman is a butcher and she does not take responsibility for her actions. Telling me, I had a "reaction" when it was confirmed by multiple dermatologists, that I in fact was pretty badly burned. When confronting her, I simply asked for a refund for this multilating service and have yet to see money for the damages and heartbreak I've endured.
