Horrible experience a few years back. Saw one of the butchers that Dr. Toome keeps on staff and swore I would never go back. Got a biopsy done that wasn't done correctly and never did get a proper diagnosis. Had to go to Philadelphia find out what was going on. I visited the Vineland office. The office was filthy. The waiting room had dirt all over the floor and stained seats. The examination room smelled of urine and everything in the room appeared dirty. In addition, there was no sink in the exam room for the medical staff to wash hands. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Will not be back . read more

I arrived one time and sat for two hours waiting for the doctor. The waiting room was packed with 15+ people and everyone was complaining to staff that they were waiting for hours. The staff took it with stride which indicated to me this was not anything unusual. When I finally saw the doctor, her face time with me might have been an total of 8 minutes and she rushed me out telling me to schedule again in a few weeks. I was ignored for 2 hours in the waiting room and then dismissed quickly without even addressing my concerns when I saw her. I advised the staff I would not be coming back. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is careless, rude, and even when she actually does have the patient in front of her- she doesn't give a sh*t about listening to them. I would tell my insurance company not to pay her if I could. read more

I was not pleased with service. 4 years ago I had plantar warts needing to be taken care of. I was approved for 3 visits. Never saw the Doctor until the final short visit where she tried to talk me into paying for even more visits. A YEAR later, they send me a bill saying one of the visits was not paid for by my insurance. Well, a year is the same time the insurance stops re-billing. I fought to get it taken care of. They told me it was fine. 6 months later I get a judgment on my account. Apparently it was not fine. Still trying to get it straightened out. read more

This doctor is in dire need of some good patient public relations. She spends almost zero time with her patients, instead allowing the troupe of girls that follow her everywhere do all the work... which can be embarrassing at times if you are not expecting them. Of course, this follows an ENORMOUS wait period in her waiting (and waiting, and waiting) room. I usually was not seen by Ms. Toome until well after 90 mins past my scheduled appointment, only to be rushed out the door afterward. She presses to have you purchase her supplies only, which are very expensive. And best of all, if you even dare to miss an appointment, she charges you 50 bucks if you don't provide sufficient notice (I was charged for breaking an appointment when I had called the night before... so much for emergencies!). Avoid this practice; there are better alternatives that are much more patient-friendly. read more

worst dermatologist office ever!! i visited the vineland office a few times and each time waited 1 1/2 hrs for my appointment!! the staff on hand? useless. the most unpleasant office i've ever been to!! unpleasant, uncaring, and rude. this is what to expect: when i call to ask for the doctor...i'm placed on hold and they hang up after 20 mins. i call back again and i'm immediately hung up on. i finally get through and tell them i am having an issue with the medication they prescribed. their remedy? "i'll put it in your chart". ??? don't waste your time or your money. i am presently looking to go anywhere else besides this place. the examination offices are dirty.....the doctors on staff are unknowledgeable. you walk out with 10 different prescriptions each time. read more

Dr. Toome and her staff are great. Very friendly and knew what they were talking about. I've had alot of issues with my skin (acne) over the past couple of years but they got me straightened around in no time. I definitely recommend her office to all my friends and co-workers. read more
