Every time I interact with T-Mobile I have the pleasant experience of interacting with another human who is thoughtful, concerned about how I'm doing, what I need and how to most efficiently solve my issue. My experience this week has been amazing. Our family needed phone upgrades. One of the sales guys suggested that my hubby and I divide our service and both optimize our senior discount which saved me a lot of money. We ordered phones for Christmas but our teen informed me too late that she would never want a sherbet colored phone. I had already ordered green but I called and my helpful sales rep. She listened, verbally summed up my concern, spoke with her boss and got me a new black phone delivered in 24 hrs. Any other company would have made us wait till the 1st item had been returned. You ROCK! Thank you for great customer service and for saving Christmas at our house.

While in-store trying to change my phone#, the representative tried to push certain numbers off on me. Typically these phone#s have constant scam calls and FaceTime scam calls. I wanted a particular area code & zip code that I mainly conduct business. The representative writes my new number in large print on the top of the confirmation sheet. Mind you the sheet has the new number written in small print. But to ensure the number was visible with the Meta AI Glasses he wrote the number in large print. The new phone number I received was hacked and the entire phone had to be reset with all logins & passwords changed within 24 hours from the in-store visit. Also, it took several tries for him to capture my Driver's License for account verification. Again sharing personal data to these scammers within our community. This didn't click until I woke up the next day and my phone was hacked. Do not go into these T-Mobile stores to update your account, change your phone, transfer data, etc. Call 611 for customer support for any general concern or technical support at 1800-692-7753.

Yes the wait at a Spectrum location is annoying but being lied to from Spectrum phone sales representatives is DISGUSTING!!! Ive had Spectrum service since July and ive talked to 7-8 phone representatives who have lied to me to get their sales. Ive even been told by Spectrum instore representatives that the phone representatives lie to customers to get sales. I no longer call Spectrum and will wait to Speak to someone at the Spectrum location. I got the tv and internet service then was told I will get free mobile service for 2 years. LIE!!! A different representative told me it was 1 year and not 2! Couldnt transfer my mobile phone Spectrum so I called to ask about buying a phone. He said they didnt have cellphones instore and that they could only be purchased over the phone. LIE!!! After I bought the phone I went to Spectrum location and they told me they have phones there. I then got the home phone also and found out a week later the price of that phone service was not the original price that that sales person gave me. Ive had 3 price changes on home phone service since then. SHAME ON DISHONEST SPECTRUM PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVES FOR LYING AND SHAME ON SPECTRUM FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN!!!

I placed my order via phone call on Sunday for a Friday delivery - 3 TVs, 3 mounts, and…read moreinstallation. I stated I moved and provided my new address but the representative only updated the address for ONE (1) of my six (6) items. On Monday the mounts were delivered to the old address, I called customer service and they re-shipped them. I asked about the TVs and he confirmed two (2) of the TVs had the old address listed. He stated he would fix it. I get an email the following day (Tuesday) stating the delivery address couldn't be updated because it wasn't being delivered via a list of certain carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) so I called back. Customer service was no help! They wouldn't let me pick up my order in store and pretty much told me they couldn't do anything and to call back again tomorrow as the address can be updated upon pick up. I told the guy no, it is their mistake and I have called every day this week and spent over 40 minutes each time talking to them to get this resolved with no resolution and that they should call me back on the number I called from when the TVs are picked up. The representative agreed, but I never got a call on Wednesday. I called back Wednesday and they were still no help saying they can't change the address because of delivery (which by the way the TVs weren't even picked up until Friday morning according to Roadie (delivery company). I go into Best Buy (Round Rock, TX) on Thursday. The person there said I should have never purchased it via phone call because their customer service sucks (preach!!!) and go a supervisor for me. The supervisor (Hayli?) was also no help and essentially sold me two additional TVs. I addressed my concerns of the two (2) TVs being delivered to an address I no longer had access to and she didn't seem concerned saying that would be something I could report to lost/stolen. The other phone number listed on the account did get a voicemail Thursday afternoon stating they were able to update the address. I had no faith! And wouldn't you know Friday morning I get a text from the Roadie (delivery company) that they are on the way. I look up the address and it's the WRONG ADDRESS!!! I text the guy and he called me. He seemed semi willing to drive to my new address until he realized it was "three times the distance" and told me to contact Roadie. He had no contact info for Roadie for me to call. I found a number in my email and called it. After being on hold for 30 minutes it disconnected me. I tried again; after 30 minutes disconnected again. I kept texting the driver while on hold but after an hour he gave up and returned my TVs back to Best Buy. This whole thing was a shit show! I have learned I will never place an order via phone call again. I will always go in or do it online. And that is a huge if because I am so pissed at Best Buy. The one and only bright thing from this was Dave and Joe and who installed the TVs for me.
