He has TERRIBLE bedside manners. When confronted with these issues he will get defensive and slam a door in your face. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor anywhere in my life.

Staff was not the friendliest and there was a resident who needed some assistance by the smell. Coming to pick up family is a happy day but when the facility is not prepared it's disappointing. After waiting for paperwork and medication we were finally able to leave after 2 hours. We learned that follow up and feeding had not been scheduled or even planned.

So all the bad habits, incompetence, negligence performance commit by African staff is covered up by the African administrator, the African director of nursing. While the piss poor behavior of the African staff is condone and covered up by the African management staff, this same management and supervisor treat the African American staff like dirt as if they're beneath the African employees. it's the typical operation that's ran by nepotism, favoritism. Please, seek out other facilities before chosen this poorly ran facility, they're collecting checks from Medicare, social security, and Medicaid and giving nothing in return other than the lowest quality care one can imagine.

As someone in the medical field, I know what it is to care for patients and exhibit empathy and so on but this woman dismissed me because I was confused about their process after spending 45 minutes to an hr with Sandy during my intake weeks ago just for her to want to do the same thing which seemed redundant after already going over that weeks ago and completing intake forms online. I will be calling for an ambulance by 12 midnight due to a fracture and chip bone, and the medical team lacks any concern for the patient's transition into the facility. Such a carefree attitude with no concern for patients' limitations. Example: I can only stand on one leg. The CNA drops bedding on the bed and leaves my room. Enclosing no quality of care, and administration evening staff has a disconnect with patients.
