ProFlex Physical Therapy-Clinton "ProFlex-Clinton"…read more All I can say is THANK YOU JULIUS and Jada and the entire ProFlex - Clinton Staff. H!! :-) I came into ProFlex - Clinton in the first week in August 2024 with stenosing tenosynovitis, also known as "trigger finger" in both thumbs. I was in a lot of pain and did not know/understand how to get the pain to lesson, until I met JULIUS. YES! This gentleperson thoroughly explained what and how the "stuff" in my fingers worked and gave me daily finger exercises to do. When we met, twice a week, Julius monitored the pain and treated each hand differently according the pain level. Within the 30 days, I was able to straighten my thumbs better and build up the confidence to open a couple cans here and there. Most of all, I was able to manage my any trigger finger pain. Julius offered very helpful instructions and hand things ...warm stuff, tape stuff, finger toys and pick up things and a plug in device that can make your fingers tingle a little, but actually feels good... (You might understand if you work with him for trigger finger). I am more educated on what to do to reduce the inflammation. I am at least 89% better than I was when I walked in the door. The other 10.5% is because there were times when I'd go back to my old ways... and the 0.5% is because there is always that room for improvement....LOLOLOLOL . Thank for your professionalism, knowledge and kind spirit. Your work is truly appreciated. I can now give Julius and the ProFlex Physical Therapy- Clinton team two thumbs up! Sincerely, Candice

As of this writing, my dad's time with ProFlex has come to an end and we will quite frankly miss our routine of coming here twice a week. Not only are John and Julius expert therapists, but the entire staff, including the other therapists, are very friendly and welcoming even to folks who aren't their own patients. Special shoutout to the office management folks at the front desk -- you are the kindest and most accommodating professionals I've ever worked with during my dad's health journey. I wish more doctors' offices were staffed with folks like you. You made us -- both me and my dad -- feel human again. Finally, the facility itself is a great setting for therapy: brightly lit; good energy and good vibes; very clean; a lot of useful and up to date equipment for maximum therapy; and they keep the radio tuned to 97.1FM for motivating and inoffensive crowd pleasing music.

Clients enter an inviting zen office space. It's peaceful and relaxing. The minimalist decor enhances the modern vibe. Dr. Anane is the owner and lead chiropractor here. He's personable and has years of experience. He also invests time and resources into innovation to bring his clients the best experience. I'm in IT and spend a lot of time pouring over my laptop. I also text a lot and don't always maintain perfect posture while doing so. I started encountering discomfort in my neck and decided to get it checked before it mushroomed into something more serious. That was the best decision ever! Dr. Anane uses various techniques to address my issue including Graston therapy. There has been a noticeable improvement in 3 short weeks. Unlike others, I don't leave my chiropractor sore. I leave feeling great. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I fought to see Dr Barletta. National Spine & Spine Centers don't let you see another Dr. after…read moreyou've seen one in the practice. I had a bad experience w/ Dr.Brouillet, the first Dr. I saw after my pain mgmt. Dr of 14 yrs. retired from it because of what the government was doing. Basically, Dr. Brouillet didn't help me but laughed in my face and said I would be medicinally abandoned and wouldn't be able to find another Dr. He was right. I should have listened to the operators who said I can't see him but it didn't make sense to me after what had happened, and Dr. Barletta was educated at Georgetown University, Washingtonian Top Dr: 2002, 2012, 2013, etc. Surely he would be a calm, rational, compassionate, good Dr., not one to make bizarre mistakes like what I've experienced since leaving my pain mgmt. Dr. who that was all those things, and more. After weeks of waiting while going thru the hell of withdrawal, I finally got to see him. But the visit didn't go as I thought it would. Instead Dr. Barletta was angry. It started with the front desk. The woman right away brings up the torture of seeing another Dr. in the practice, and I started getting upset. Watching, she gets this big sadistic smile like Tim Curry in Home Alone 2, funny in the movie, not in real life. Than the appointment is okay. Instinctively, I grabbed a bunch of tissue, I knew I would have a big cry later. The bathroom looked dirty, there was a big trashcan where you set the urine sample that looked like it was covered in things like urine. Dr. Barletta was the opposite of what I thought he would be. Angry, rude, impatient. While talking to him he grabbed the papers out of my hand, when I tried to explain to him what happened with a Dr. that gave me medicine with morphine that was making me sick, and they wouldn't listen to me, saying, " the medicine works". He angrily interrupts me. I had records from the last Dr. that didn't take a urine test, and he alludes to the fact that I must have somehow not brought the urine test results, and storms out of the room. I would say he had an aura about him of a dark storm cloud. I then saw a bright face amongst all this confusion. I believe it was Dr Barletta's nurse, she was great, she was there to help me. I think it was her work that got me the appt. He asked to have records sent that I didn't bring and then I heard him angrily say, "then I will decide if I see her." I knew he wasn't my Dr. he would find something he could use in the records, and he did. For awhile I tried to figure out what I had done wrong. There was a tragedy in my family and I've been fighting shock which makes it very hard to focus, like my brain has turned into a rock. Plus going thru painful withdrawals is no picnic, I'm not myself. But now I don't think it was me. I believe this latest horror involving doctors, pain mgmt., the government, and being treated like drug addicts, all had to do w/ Dr. Barouillet and the way National Spine and Pain is set up, and, of course Dr.Barletta.

There's many good and outstanding employees there, but they're being silence by silence by the nursing supervisors that are lazy and incompetence. This facility is being operated under the guideline of race and discrimination, or one can look at as reverse discrimination. So all the bad habits, incompetence, negligence performance commit by African staff is covered up by the African administrator, the African director of nursing. While the piss poor behavior of the African staff is condone and covered up by the African management staff, this same management and supervisor treat the African American staff like dirt as if they're beneath the African employees. it's the typical operation that's ran by nepotism, favoritism.
