I should not have to do this... It is poor business practice to misrepresent this fine organization. The front desk has also called with a schedule that they only provide for Medicare clients. My husband is not on Medicare; he is on my primary BCBS insurance. Again, the organization is being misrepresented, and it's just a matter of time before it begins to lose clients.
