They were able to fit me in the same morning. Received txt message notifications regarding on time arrival and service status. Richard Garcia (head tech) and Troy explained up front initial costs of preliminary work needed to be done and possible scenarios for advance situations. Walked me through what they were going to do, showed the work completed, and offered to come back to follow-up if gas company did not test and turn on gas to all appliances. Finished all work in a short window of time. Had City Permit Inspection scheduled immediately. Overall, top notch service, professional technicians, highly communicative, and transparent business practices. Happy with the service performed and impressed with their professionalism.

I had received a coupon in the mail from triple crown and that's how I chose them. Three guys arrived and where very pleasant, one pulled out a monkey wrench, and in less than 2 minutes had my issue fixed. He very gracious said he wouldn't charge me a service fee but then turned around and charged me a $150 tool fee. That must have been some magical monkey wrench. I had a coupon too. That was $150 with a coupon. I have had some other issues with plumbing recently and have found some plumbers do not charge service fees or tool fees. They will give you quotes for service and not up-charge you like crazy. Do your research...ask for any hidden fees. Every plumber I have talked to I now ask, do you have a "tool fee" before scheduling and most of them don't even know what I'm talking about.

The price was too much since materials are super expensive. Got a bid from couple fence project and Jose's quote was reasonable. I was only expecting the fence to be painted, he went above and beyond to also painted the hinge and locks so my entire fence looks real good. Our drains had produced this black oily sludge which Erik explained was the aftermath of years of oil and soap. It was truly a stressful mess. Early that morning, we actually had another plumber who used a traditional drain auger to attempt clearing the drain, but it did not work. Erik used a hydrojet that easily eliminated the black ooze. Afterwards, he used a camera to probe the inner guts of the drain to insure everything was clear. Erik is truly a professional and I will definitely have him back again to maintain these old cast iron drains. On top of that, his pricing is fair and reasonable. I recommend the Drain Man for all your clogged drain needs.
