As soon as I walked into the very clean and well lit store, I was greeted and offered assistance. I quickly picked out the balloons I wanted and placed an order to pick up the next day. Email communication was clear and I was notified when the order was ready. I walked in today, was greeted and even though they were very busy, they efficiently helped customers and gave me my order in a matter of minutes. Don't go to any other Party City store. This one is the best.

I loved how each section in the store was labeled. There is a Market section that sells snacks and drinks, a Party Supplies section, a Crafts section, Haircare, Home Decor, Household and Electronics just to name a few. It's literally a one stop shop and the prices are very affordable. I purchased a super cute can opener, two beautiful kitchen bowls and some snacks for a little over $20. At the front of the store was a 4th of July display so if you're looking for affordable decor, definitely check them out. This store practically has it all and the associates working there are very friendly.

I dropped in to get some birthday party supplies. The prices were very reasonable, so no…read morecomplaints there. I got one big balloon and then a set of smaller balloons. Per their website, which I perused before going, they blow up helium balloons for you as long as you purchase them from there. However, when I got to the register, I was told that they would only blow up the one and would not blow up the set. They proceeded to ring the set up and I told them I didn't want the balloon set because we had no way of blowing them up at home. If they don't blow up balloon sets, then the website should have been more specific about that. Then there was an odd exchange between the two cashiers and an older male customer that came up to the registers asking to use the bathroom. One of the cashiers told him the bathroom was out of order and he said he tested the toilet and it worked (which was strange, because who goes into a store restroom, does a test flush on the toilet, and walks out asking to use the bathroom?). Anyhow, one of the cashiers tells him no one is supposed to be flushing the toilet because it's out of order. Finally, the man walked away and the two cashiers ranted and badmouthed him in front of me. Apparently, no one practices discretion and decorum anymore. I won't be returning. Giving two stars for the reasonable prices, but rather shoddy customer service.
