Beware of this scam. Perhaps this sort of thing should be reported to the attorney general.

Went there for a shoulder and hip issues. John spent all of 5 minutes examining me. Gave a couple of rubber band exercises, bike for 15 minutes. USELESS!! Unfortunately I thought that his slow approach might be correct. On the 4th (and last) treatment , at the end of the strenuous (useless) exercise of stretching a rubber band a couple of times and riding a bike for 15 minutes, John comes over and rubs (massage?) my lower back WTF!! When I say useless, that may be an understatement. Maybe he is good for the elderly or medicare patients, I have no clue. All I can tell you is from my experience they are a joke. They NEVER gave me any exercises to do at home. NEVER did ANYTHING that would help. NO stretches, ice BEFORE any exercise. Who ices an old injury before exercise? Used a Ten's unit as therapy. Ask any practitioner a Tens units frequency is for temporary pain relief. It does nothing to stimulate the blood flow to the injured area. Apparently they didn't learn this. Don't waster your money or time here. You have many options for PT. I suggest using them. Fast forward: After getting quality PT my shoulder is doing great and am now attacking the hip issues.

I sprained my ankle pretty badly on a trip outside the country in August 2021. Jehan (Gigi) and her staff were extremely helpful in bringing my ankle back to nearly full functioning. This was my first visit ever for physical therapy and I must say I learned a lot about what they do. The staff is very professional and caring in their approach to each patient. I noticed each patient received individual attention and many of the patients has serious issues like knee replacements or were recovering from strokes. This impressed me. I mentioned to Gigi that I was an avid hiker and she did a series of flexibility tests and noted I had a deficit in the that area. I completed a section hike of the Appalachian Trail through the Great Smokey Mountains (310 miles) just before the pandemic. You can be a strong hiker but overuse certain muscle groups to the detriment of overall flexibility. I learned a series of stretching exercises that have greatly improved by walking ability. The nice think about Physical Therapy is that you can take the "lessons learned" home with you and continue to practice your exercises. And don't forget to buy your leg stretching rope!

Kellie and Brooke are super helpful with ensuring your corrective exercises are done with proper form. Michelle at the front desk is so sweet. She cares about getting to know the patients names and is so friendly every time I come in. The equipment here is top notch. It is clear a lot of thought went into how they designed the office and studio. My favorite parts of my experience with physical therapy is the use of their gravity treadmill (it's so cool!), the electric stimulation and the laser therapy. Joe has used his expertise to have me back and running again and doing great at my races. I listen to his advice to keep my knee healthy with my upcoming marathon. Overall, this is the best place for physical therapy I've ever been. The equipment is updated, it is so clean, the staff is super, and I'm feeling strong again. After going to John Fox for a year or so, I was feeling substantial benefits and had regained significant mobility in my shoulders and dramatic reduction of the back pain that has troubled me for so long. John and his team have been kind, responsive, helpful and honest in their care of me.
