I purchased a two week 5 session 30 minutes training package for myself and my sister which needed…read moreto be used up in the span of two weeks. However, I tried to call numerous times to reschedule a session for a better time when no one answered my various calls or returned my messages. I later received a call from Sam who accused me of not calling or leaving messages. He was rude and not helpful. Attached are photos of how many times I've called and left messages with no luck. As a patron of this business I would have appreciated not to be made out as a liar. Instead, it would have been great for them to understand that they actually do not have someone by the phones at all times and try to accommodate my appointment for my final two sessions that I paid for since this was an error on their part. Moral of my story- the customer should not be penalized for not using up the sessions in the package during the mandated timeframe when no one answers the phone when you call to set up an appointment. I would say, if you want flexibility and customer service this is not the place for you. They cheated my sister out of two sessions when we paid for 5. Put your time and money elsewhere.
