He let me test drive almost every car on the lot with no problem at all , I believe he was honest with me 100% when he answered my questions bout each vehicle .He worked with me in every way possible to make sure I drove off in the one I wanted to fit my budget. He's even going to replace the windshield for me. I had no issues with nobody being there to help me or being closed .The owner himself helped me and he couldn't of done it better. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PRIMERA AUTO!!!! I bought a used Subaru 3 years ago with 150,xxx miles. I…read morewas told the head gaskets, and timing belt/timing accessories were just replaced. A week ago today the head gasket blew again...I'm a mechanic so I pulled the vehicle apart and found the heads had not been machined and were instead wire brushed (huge no-no). I also found the rear spark plugs (while annoying to replace) looked like they haven't been touched since the car rolled off the line. The electrode was completely gone despite the front plugs being in decent condition. I suspect they replaced the fronts because they are much easier and called it good. Overall poor work done on the vehicle and had I known that "head gaskets just replaced" meant we did nothing but replace the gaskets, I wouldn't have bought the car. Save your future self a headache (and maybe a new car) and don't buy from Primera.

I usually get the synthetic oil change special which runs about $80 plus tax. The special includes tire rotation and a 36 point safety inspection! This time around they found a nail in one of my tires and were able to remove it and patch it up. I would have not known that I had a nail in my tire until it was too late!
