Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. The booking process was quick and communication leading up to the appointment was prompt, which I appreciated. However, I was shocked when only one cleaner arrived to deep clean my 1,500 sq ft home. Every other cleaning service I've used has sent at least two people for a deep clean. Despite a 10:15 AM arrival, she was still not done by the hard 4:30 PM cutoff time I clearly communicated in advance. In fact, two rooms hadn't even been started by then, and I was late picking someone up from the airport as a result. Throughout the day, I had to keep asking her to go back and re-clean areas she said were already done. Even then, she seemed surprised when I pointed out very basic things that hadn't been addressed. There was still dirt on the counters, dust and fur under beds that I specifically mentioned needed attention, and the floors were not properly mopped. The trash wasn't taken out, and I was told that making the beds "wasn't included"--something I've never encountered with any cleaning service, let alone for a deep clean. One of the most frustrating parts was discovering permanent chemical streaks on my toilet lid and built-in child seat, which are now stained yellow. It's clear a product was sprayed and the child seat wasn't folded down and wiped, so the cleaner just dripped and dried into the material. That's not just poor service--that's damage to my property. I stayed home all day for this service and ended up having to re-clean multiple areas myself before guests arrived. When I reached out to the owner, I clearly explained the issues and even provided photos. I also explained that having the cleaner return wasn't an option because I had houseguests and needed everything done properly the first time. I only asked for a partial refund--not a full one--given the incomplete service and additional work I had to do myself. Rather than meet me halfway, communication stopped. There was no apology, no ownership, and no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation beyond offering to send the same cleaner back. That simply wasn't a feasible solution given the timing and circumstances. What started as a disappointing service turned into a frustrating, time-wasting, and now property-damaging experience. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is incredibly telling. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Right when the appointment was supposed to begin, I received a message saying she could not make it because the drive was "too far." This was disappointing because the address had already been provided in advance, and travel distance should have been considered before confirming the booking. I normally understand when emergencies happen, but after reading another review describing the exact same issue -- a last-minute cancellation because the location was too far -- this seems more like a pattern than a one-time situation. Professional communication and reliability are extremely important, especially when clients are arranging schedules and driving long distances. Unfortunately, this experience was a major inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time and money. This pushes back my rental turnover time. To your response: You knew the area our home was located days in advance, and the exact location the day before. Not sure what they did for the whole time but it was NOT cleaning. The coffee maker wasn't even touched, one of the toilets was dirty and it wasn't stained (I was able to wipe it off with my finger) door jambs were not wiped down. There was a ball of nasty stuff on the sink, with a cut wire from the electrical company that came a week ago. (Tells me they didnt wipe behind sink) the drawers in the kitchen had crumbs. The oven had burnt bits in it still, the stove top had a white film from not wiping off the cleaner... so much more stuff. They did clean the fridge, but thats all I could see. When I complained, I got a bunch of excuses, photos of the house to show it was "clean" but they were all far away so you couldn't see anything. The house wasn't that dirty to begin with. They sent me a photo of a dirty baseboard that doesnt even match the flooring in the home. I asked for an itemized bill and they wouldn't give me one. Said they would send them out to "fix" the issues,but why should I have to babysit cleaners who are supposed to be professionals. At that point, I had no confidence in them. I also hired them to have someone come out to clean grout on floors. They hired another company, who did a great job. We added on a sealant for $500, he then calls back and tells us it will be more since all the floors are travertine. 75% of the house is not but they still wanted to charge me the same price he quoted for the whole house. The guy doing the floor was great and stayed late to seal them. I had no issue paying for that, but I asked for an itemized bill for that and he said he couldn't do that. What legit business doesnt give you a bill? Told him id call him back since I needed to discuss with my mom about the cleaners. They then BLEW up my phone with calls and texts from 3 different numbers. Telling me im a bad person for not paying for the floors. I told them I would call them back. They continued to harass me. Told them I would pay $700 for what they did clean (not much, and that was being generous) and paid for the floor. He calls me back minutes later saying that he needed to charge me $200 more for the floors.....after I already paid. They are shady, don't know how to clean or run a business!!!! Worst decision I made was hiring them. I now have to hire someone else to do it, since they didnt do anything. Another day wasted and more money. Do yourself a favor and the headache and hire anyone else but this company.
