I'll send him my print files by email as I'm rushing out the door to a meeting with a client, and he'll have them professionally printed and bound before I arrive 15 minutes later. Or he'll leave them outside for me to pick up after hours...so convenient. Once he even kept his office open after hours because I was late getting the files sent to him. You won't find service like that many places in the world. And the prices are great. I'm used to paying a lot for large scale prints, and would always format drawings to 11x17 to cut costs. But I realized it costs less to print everything on 36x48s with PTG than it does to print everything on 11x17s at Fedex Office et al. PTG is a great example of why I love family-run businesses and why America was built on them. Thank you Clement, and keep up the good work!

Very disappointing experience with DTF Center Dallas today. I have been a customer for over a year…read moreand have spent a significant amount of money with this company, but after how I was treated today, I will not be returning. I first tried to place my order through their website, but it repeatedly showed "failed to upload" when trying to submit my files. I then used their website chat to ask for help and requested an invoice since I had already shared my Canva document with them. No one ever responded in the chat. Since I still needed the order, I began calling around 3:00 PM and had to call continuously for almost an hour before someone finally answered the phone. I was told the Dallas location was on another call and would be transferred once they were finished. When I finally spoke to someone at the Dallas store, I confirmed multiple times that the prints would be ready the same day. He said yes. I shared the Canva document, he sent the invoice, and I paid immediately. I even asked again if the order would be ready today, and he again confirmed that it would. The Shop app even showed the order being packed for pickup, so I sent my husband to the store. When my husband arrived, the first employee helping him smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence, which was extremely unprofessional. After that, the same employee I spoke with earlier suddenly said the order would NOT be ready until tomorrow, completely contradicting what he had told me earlier. When I spoke with him on the phone to clarify what happened, he was very rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice instead of addressing the mistake or trying to resolve the situation. For a business that relies on time-sensitive print orders, clear communication and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor communication, rude customer service, and staff behavior that raises serious concerns about professionalism. After being a loyal customer for over a year, this experience was unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

But her soft skills (explaining policies, where the dollies were located) were just awful. When explaining the ID verification for shipping, she did not explain anything, and she just held up the policy to my face. When I asked for a dolly, she just pointed in a direction. When I said where? She just pointed with two hands in the direction. The dollies were located behind a false wall. If she just would have said, "go down the hall, and you will see them on the left," that would have worked. She was a pro. She was hard to understand, rude, and did not mind pissing you off.
